A QUEENS man was sentenced today to 15-years-to-life for killing his wife by stabbing her more than 250 times and then allegedly eating her lungs and drinking her blood, all in front of their four-year-old daughter. Mohammad Solaiman was sentenced today for the gruesome murder of his wife Shahida Sultanna in their Jamaica, Queens, New York home in December 2007.
Their four-year-old daughter was in the next room at the time of the incident and witnessed the bloody aftermath.
Ms Sultanna's sister, Ferdousi Begum, shuddered and bawled in court todday as she begged Solaiman to explain why he killed his wife.
"He took out her liver and her lungs and he ate it," Ms Begum wailed. "He drank her blood. Her daughter told me that."
Justice Buchter sentenced Solaiman to 15-years-to-life in prison after pleading guilty in March to second-degree murder. He also pleaded guilty to evidence tampering, child endangerment and weapons charges, for which he received concurrent one-year sentences.

15 years for killing and eating your wife sounds harsh even by NY’s Sharia Law standards.
Is it just me—or is that a very light sentence that doesn’t fit the crime. Don’t we have a lions’ den somewhere in which to toss the perp?

The wife’s life isn’t worth that of a dog.
So when he gets out can we make sure he has a home next door to the judge?
IIRC the “average” time served for murder 1 is around 7 years....

PBS/NBC/CBS/CNN/ABC have declared this “BUSH’s FAULT”
and claim she deserved it because of something or other,
so there is no reason to cover it.
Back to the agenda prepared for them by the White House

I say we sic Jack Bauer on him and let Jack perform a “wifeectomy” like he did on that Russian sniper the other night. In that case it was a sim-ectomy. He can then squirt some lemon juice on the incision to help “healing”.
The sentence is far too harsh; after all, he was merely practicing the sacraments of his “religion.”

In New York, it's a much less serious offense if you don't add any salt when you cannibalize a family member.
I’m sure “Law and Order” will have an episode about this soon. The white Christian guy really did it...
