How come she gets to donate to our US political campaigns? Is she an American citizen? Americans can't donate to foreign political campaigns. She was a naturalized US citizen.

Another capitalist-hating capitalist, but not near as bad as her cuckoo sister, the political activist, free-thinking, free-loving, pacifist, anti-Viet Nam, Trotskyite Vanessa Redgrave.
Vanessa, by the way, conducted a longtime sexual affair (1971-1986) with actor Timothy Dalton (James Bond) and had an illigitimate child via the blue-eyed, well-built Italian actor, Franco Nero.
Ah, the life-styles of the rich and fatuous.

She may not be as outspoken as Vanessa, but she was definitely part of the loony left. I saw her a few years ago when Bill Mahr had his Politically Incorrect show, and she was spouting one liberalism after another. The whole family was Left. The father, Michael, was known as "Red Redgrave."

Your thinking of her sister Vanessa - she's an anti-zionist Trotskyite. But . . . but . . . but . . . the "Palaeos" say that the Zionists and Jewish "neocons" are all Trotskyists!

That pic is of Susan George. Nevermind. Wish there was a delete function.

Susan George in Straw Dogs is one bizarre actress.
She nailed that “cheats on wimpy Dustin Hoffman for 10 minutes with first guy and is then raped by second guy”...no pun intended
almost as disturbing a rape scene as that Belluci flick or the latest Last House movie.
Redgrave was decent enough and not as wacky as her sis or caker Dad.

It usually works, when done for decent reasons.

The article said she had been treated for breast cancer but didn’t say the cause of death.

She wrote a book about her fight with breast cancer. But I don’t know the cause of death either.

One of my favorite memories of Lynn, co-starring in the TV series "House Calls", her exchange with Wayne Rogers, she is up-in-arms over how we Americans pronounce laboratory, she goes all out with the rolling r's, "It's 'la-BORE-a-tore-ee', when will you Americans give us back our lost syllable?!" Rogers' character answers, "When you Brits take out the extra one you added to aluminum, it's 'a-LOO-min-um', not 'al-oo-MIN-ee-um."
To: MinuteGal
When I saw the trailer to Vanessa Redgrave's’ new movie I knew the man in the film was Franco Nero. Evidently they have “rekindled” their relationship
