Good morning!
A devastating ecological disaster is overtaking the Gulf Coast area. Some criticism is being aimed at the O administration for its slow response, but ultimately it'll be the oil and energy industry, and us, the consumers, which will bear the weight of government control to come, I fear.
Rahm Emmanuel's rule to never waste a good crisis comes to mind once again.
It’s Derby Day!
Good morning! Thunderstorms are the order of the day for here.
Back in the 80’s I had a streak of 8 straight correct winners including that long shot, by simply watching the way they walked on their way to the gate. Then someone told me I should wager money on it. So the next derby - off I went to the betters cage and I haven’t picked a winner since.
I would like the front one on the far right, please.
I think I’m sticking with Make Music for Me. Post position 9. The track will be a bit wet today. ... ... Okay, they’re probably going to run in a pouring rain.
Good morning everyone.
Today we plant 10 blueberry bushes. The holes are dug and ready to go.
With the track conditions likely to be so poor, I'll just be happy if everyone finishes....safely
This next week, the plan is to put the bird netting over ours. Otherwise, we won’t get to pick the berries.
These new bushes will have netting.
Absolutely gorgeous! I love it.
Weekend National Guard Drill this weekend. Off Monday.
Good morning. Happy to see you here this morning.
Good morning everyone. Sun back after a stormy night.
Blueberry bushes are planted and I didn't lift a finger. Greg had them done by the time I finished my second cup of coffee.
GOOD MORNING KIND LADY, so far a light wind this A.M. here but expected ro pick up big time shortly bad news for the oil spill.
Your breakfast looks wonderful but me, one each bowl of grits. Not only do we use grits for breakfast but we also make grit topping for cake, grit dip for dips. grit sauce for pasta, to mention a few usage of this fruit, in fact, thinking of composeing a cook book with grits. A person here has never found a grit ge does not like.
Not much wind here now, but coming soon, blowing that oil on our beeches.
Kids gone camping with the boys so I a batching it, hate hate that cause I go wild on eating what ever I want. I don’t need this and thinking about charging crulity to PawPaw charges.
