Burger King workers busted after spitting on cop's Whopper.
Two Burger King employees have been fired for spitting in an Oregon sheriff deputy's burger.
Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Edward Blysma filed a lawsuit in federal court Tuesday.
He claims that he found the spit on his Whopper after receiving the sandwich at a Vancouver, Washington Burger King operated by franchisee Kaizen Restaurants.
Blysma tested the sample and found a match in his department's DNA database.
Kaizen investigated the incident after Blysma complained and ultimately fired two employees.
One of them was Gary Herb, the man whose DNA matched the phlegm in Blysma's sandwich.
On Wednesday Burger King and Kaizen issued a statement noting their "zero tolerance" for such actions.
Blysma's suit alleges that the restaurant chain was negligent in its hiring and supervision practices.
I’m sure that you would be just as frugal if a cook spit in your food.
Some people pick through their sandwiches before they devour them. How else could we tell if the burger was made of 75% gristle?
“There seems to be an abundance of less than honorable people of every skin color filling our nation’s prisons and jails.”
Yep. Sin is in us all.
I know a white guy who used a Confederate flag to bait black people. They would get upset, and then he closed the trap, beating them to an inch of their lives. He tells me isn’t that way anymore, but I don’t trust him.
When I was a kid, I saw a KKK leader beating his dog with a stick repeatedly. I wanted to report him to the police, but my grandparents were scared of him. Funny thing, that guy tried a klan parade, and the people in town stoned his group.
Also when I was a kid, black panthers made threatening calls to my house and the homes of other firemens’ families. It was a scary time for fire fighters and their loved ones. Hellery was a Panthers’ lawyer. Isn’t that just lovely?
The Black Panthers are being protected by the powers that be for their role in the election bruhaha not so long ago. People KNOW when they've being "had" and this cover-up is one of those times. Same goes for the SEIU workers who beat up the black guy in the wheelchair. The perp(s) got away with it and democrats have covered his sorry rear end (typical democrat cover-up again).
I even have fear of sending a steak back if it's undercooked. It's not worth the fear of having a "spit sauteed steak."
Yeah, but such tyranny doesn’t endear them to the voter, does it?
Sit at the counter at the Waffle House. You can watch the whole show.
I ordered a few burgers at the White Castle behind Penn Station in NYC — the racist looks I got from the black staff were amazing — I left the bag on the counter for fear of ‘extras’, and haven’t been back to any White Castle since. That kind of behavior is permanently repeatable. If a (white) White Castle franchise inspector visited there, they would see it, and I believe the have visited, and have seen it, and just let it happen.
White Castle is not safe to eat.
Yep. I’m a medium guy, so I always order medium well. If if’s a little over, I can live with it, but if it’s under, well then, I’m spot on.
“spit sauteed steak.” Made me laugh :)
"Drivin' down the road, lookin' for a Waffle House, drinkin' lot's of Wild Turkey!"
Name the singers for 300 points (100 each).
Me and my two brothers.
Never again will I be able to marinade meats without thinking of this thread (and how much more safe it is to cook at home where we KNOW how our food is being prepared).
We used to go to Vegas a lot, but haven't in recent years (another Clark County):

The cook should be waylaid and beaten with a whip.
And on a sesame seed roll, no less!
Those aren’t sesame seeds.
Do you spit in your own food when you’re angry at yourself?
