In October of this year, one month prior to the November midterm elections, a special army unit known as 'Consequence Management Response Force' will be ready for deployment on American soil if so ordered by the President.
The special force, which is the new name being given to the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry, has been training at Fort Stewart, Georgia and is composed of 80,000 troops.

In my tinfoiled hat mentality, I can see it happening. The Obots are already making plans to disrupt Tea Parties. If they cause enough commotion to bring out the local cops, then they’ve done their job in making everyone look like the loonies they’ve been claiming we are all along. If they ramp the commotion up just a notch, a few will be more than happy to spend an hour in jail until ACORN bails them out and they can go home and watch it play out. It’ll be all over the headlines how radical and violent those right-wingers are. That’s all it’ll take for Hussein to roll out the tanks causing a few mild-mannered conservatives to blow a gasket and then...
Very True. We, in the Tea Party Movement (from now on to be called “The Movement”) need to be ready—don’t go violent, the moment we do it must be all out war—it can’t be half measures. If it starts, and I pray to a Divine Providence it never does, we will be forced to battle until Victory or defeat. America will never be the same. Without the USA the world will slip back into war and conquest, Empires and explotation. We will go back a century or more. I don’t know much but I believe millions of people will die.
Note that I said rural areas that are inhospitable to mechanized forces. That necessarily excludes farmlands.
As for urban environments, mechanized forces must slow down, and in many instances fully stop, at least briefly. That gives defenders time to create some havoc. A determined defender only needs a mechanized element to slow down in order to cause some damage to that element. As long as the defender has the will, it can seriously degrade a mechanized force.
Someone doesn't understand force structures, or a brigade just grew exponentially.

Yeh, me too. But Ya gotta have faith. Keep praying to the lord. Anyone at the tea party gets too rowdy, move em out, and disavow them quickly, cause they are probably a plant.
I believe that the police will most often be with the T partiers who are the most well mannered protestors I have ever seen.
>>Posse Comitatus?
Is a truly irrelevant act; the Constitution supersedes it and ascribes to congress the power of “[To provide for] calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”
Notice the part about to ‘execute the laws of the Union’.
>My question too. I know the Constitution means nothing to these people but its really hard (but far from impossible) to believe they are this stupid/arrogant/suicidal (take your pick).
As I show above there is considerable weight to the claim that the government CAN [and even should] use the military to enforce its laws. {However, that reading ALSO authorizes the military to lay siege to these “sanctuary cities,” forcibly extracting the leadership thereof and trying them for Treason.}
That is probably why the founders wanted no standing Army and set it up so that any military action over 2-years requires Congressional approval/funding.
The Nazis had all those things when they went to take out the Warsaw Ghetto, yet the ghetto managed to hold out longer than the whole country of Poland.
To both of you, I recommend the book:
David’s Tool Kit: A Citizen’s Guide to Taking Out Big Brother’s Heavy Weapons.
Also folks, I’d like to point out the fact that even in Nazi Germany and the USSR, the thugs in power had to develop special groups (the SS and MVD) to deal with internal insurrections because the regular military looked upon such duty with heavy disdain (and in regards to the USSR, we’re talking about conscripts, which our military is not).
If the worst of the worst couldn’t get their military to fight against their own people, how come we think the best of the best will?
I’ll grant you have some good points, but I’d like to point out a few things:
In regards to tanks, even the ones we have nowadays, they are nothing more than advanced tin cans without their crews. That book I named details several facts about tanks (from our own military in some cases) that show they aren’t invulnerable.
And granted, our soldiers are doing great in Iraq, but how many times have we Freepers put up articles showing them positively interacting with Iraqi civilians to blow away the lies of the RATs? I’ve gotta ask; if our soldiers are friendly to foreigners, why are we all acting as though they wouldn’t extend the same courtesy to their own people?
And if you want a modern day example of civilians vs tanks, you need look no further than Chechnya.
I think )bammy wants a Ton Ton Macoute here..
“..he (God) will not give you more than you can bear.”
I’m sorry, but God did not give us this socialism. We did this to ourselves.
“Im sorry, but God did not give us this socialism. We did this to ourselves.”
Speak for yourself, buster. I did not ask for this socialism, nor did I vote for it, or for anyone I knew who did.
New army and the camps are ready too..........
