To quote a friend, after Sunday's conclusion of the Masters: "There was always a bit of the punk in Tiger Woods, but I always loved watching him play, and I always wanted him to win. The whole show was just too compelling. It wasn't that way over the weekend. I wanted Tiger to lose -- and it's not just the sex thing. The guy's just too weird."

Speak for yourself, FRiend. It has been ages since I screwed my neighbor's 21-year-old daughter. Actually, I've NEVER screwed my neighbor's daughter.
Never put a mortal man too far up on a high pedestal. They don’t belong nor do they stay up there forever.
Agreed. Refusing to pass judgement on loutish behavior is merely an excuse for behaving badly and expecting to get away with it.
I pass judgement all the time and so does anyone else with standards. Doesn’t mean I live up to my own standards but it does mean that i judge myself in terms of them. If i did not believe my standards were universally responsible I would not hold them; so, yes, I hold my friends, neighbors and just about everyone else to the same standards to which I hold myself.
If you do not live up to my standards I will judge you accordingly.
Heels are just as good for revenue as heroes, sometimes better.
Eldrick Woods is Barry Bonds with a 9 iron.
The tide is definitely turning against Tiger and I’m not sure he deserves it. But then, he didn’t earn the adulation, either. Being the best in the world at one thing does not a complete man make.
He swore he wouldn't have such behavior and yet it came out anyway. I hope for his sake that he will reign it in and that he has covenanted with his wife to tell her every temptation that comes across his path.
Golf just wasn't the same without Tiger. I enjoyed the Masters tremendously this year. Despite the pathetic commentary, it is one of the few games with any civility left. And if Tiger will humble himself and keep covenant regarding temptations, I believe he will overcome his shortcomings.
true enough
I agree, but then he was his own worst enemy at the Masters. Had he handled himself properly he could have gone a long way in getting many to forgive and forget.
As far as M Jordan goes you are not kidding. He is a major jerk!
Here Here! I would be so nice to never have to see the jerk
ON THE COVER OF EVERY @#$!** MAGAZINE IN THE *&*&%*&%^%$ STORE ! ! !
Obama is NEXT ! ! ! HA HA HA HA HA ! !
sorry, I lost it there a second...
All that’s missing are the tattoos all over his arms and and we got the PNGBA, Professional National Golf Basketball Association.
I have never watched golf for three hours but I left the channel on the Masters and caught most of the match.
I was as animated as I am for Oakland Raider football. I had a great time yelling and cheering against Tiger.
WOOHOO!! whens the next match? Tigger is going down
LOL! I watched about the last nine holes for the leaders and cheered the same as you. :)
They are both cotton candy, a high calorie, substance-free construct spun up by the Press/Entertainment/Infotainment wings of the great media Hive- there is no "there" there...
What I hate is when they tweak the leaderboard so as to ensure Woods makes the first page. If Woods is tied with other players they will ALWAYS list Woods first, even if he’s behind the other players on the course. The leaderboards on TV never match the official ones online.
Yeah, I hate that too...they always list him first even if he’s tied with eight others. They used to list ties by how far along on the course they are (I think).
Just another way to inflate their golden boy.
