This photo was sent to me in an email and I find it almost too good to believe. Can anyone verify this as real?

I was just clarifying for anyone who may have thought you were serious. It’s important that we be clear about what is true and what isn’t. Because when we get caught passing along bogus info it comes back to hurt us. The left can get away with it all day long, but not us.
