...had been waving the sword aggressively and stabbing objects in the parking lot of the Pro Build building-supply store near Highway 305 and High School Road... told the off-duty officer and other officers who'd gathered there he was "hunting werewolves and C.H.U.D.s" who can disguise themselves as humans. He said he was afraid of getting hurt.
