Virginia Attorney General outlines birther legal challenge (constitutional eligibility)

Audio has surfaced of Virginia Attorney General outlining a legal strategy to challenge President Obama's citizenship.

In the recording, released by a liberal blog, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli describes how someone could gain the legal standing to mount a successful lawsuit.

"It will get tested in my view when someone--when [Obama] signs a law, and someone is convicted of violating it and one of their defenses will be it is not a law because someone qualified to be President didn’t sign it," Cuccinelli says.

Cuccinelli even says it's "possible" that he could challenge Obama's citizenship in court if Virginia were to sue the federal government.

The kicker comes when Cuccinelli says he thinks it's possible Obama may have been born in Kenya.

"Someone's going to have to come forward with nailed down testimotny that he was born in 'place b,' wherever that is. You know the speculation is Kenya. And that doesn't seem beyond the realm of possibility," he says.

from liberal blog -

--Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has been in the news a lot recently for his lawsuit against the EPA, his letter to colleges telling them to change their non-discrimination policies and his efforts to defund Planned Parenthood. But he's not done making news yet!--

We need more like Cuccinelli, pushing back progressive agenda.

Cucinelli is just taking the non-commital position. It allows the Leftwingtards to misconstrue it as a "birther" position, but it's far from that.

Fact is, Obama could have been born anywhere and the CIA could have "adjusted" all his records when he was a child. He'd never know that, nor would anyone today be able to figure it out.

BTW, that CIA thing relates to the fact his mother appears to have become an overseas resource for the CIA.

Obama Jester

Ha ha! Standing, that's a good one. What court is going to allow any American to have standing? The Jester has mesmerized every court in the US with his laughing gas.

Though I'm not sure about whether Boy Zero was born in this country, the fact that Cuccinelli is willing to go head-to-head on controversial stuff that NEEDS to be addressed makes me a bigger fan of his than ever before. I am really proud of my executive team here in Virginia.

from some of the “troll posts” after the prayer breakfast, It seems they are concerned about a public movement to demand he disclose his background records. They are all about controlling the message to push agenda.

Can the Attorney General Cuccinelli make inquiries into the Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth Janet Vestal Polarek’s certification of Obama’s eligibility? Can he make inquiries on his own or does someone have to ask that of him? If Cuccinelli determined that Ms. Polarek didn’t do her duty, then she can be brought up on charges. With those charges, could a judge demand the proof of eligibility?

Didn't VA just propose an opt-out clause on the healthcare mandate? When Obama throws a hissy-fit about that, Cuccinelli can sue Obama and demand the birth records.

Virginia Lawmakers Say "No" To Health Care Reform (First in the Nation) thread.

RICHMOND, Va. - Virginia's General Assembly is the first in the nation to approve legislation that bucks any attempt by President Barack Obama and Congress to implement the national health care overhaul in states like Virginia...
