Nothing can explain paying Delhomme $7 million.

Well!! Son of my gun! So much for Brady staying as backup in Cleveland to try and learn something about Pro football...

A sixth round pick and a conditional pick in 2012 is what they took?? That’s almost as bad as trading him for a few sets of used shoulderpads...

Brady Quinn has a bad dose of Bernie Kozar Syndrome...an official condition that has afflicted many Cleveland Quarterbacks over the last 50 years or so. The symptoms are that the poor bastard hears feet coming and the noise triggers a primal panic reflex that causes an instantaneous muscle spasm in the throwing arm. It is reflexive and not under the control of the victim.

The primary cause of this condition is poor offensive linemanship and $hitty coaching on all levels. The cure is underway right now though, and is being administered under the direction of Doctor Mike Holmgren.

The patient has an excellent prognosis as this decision proves...

Great trade for both teams. Quinn had worn out his welcome in Cleveland and needed a new start...he may be a bust or a star but it needs to happen in a new city. Cleveland gets a bruising RB with huge upside potential to be the thunder to their current lightening at RB. If Peyton Hillis is used correctly in Cleveland next year the Browns fans are gonna love this trade.

"Too often we label people heroes. Get caught up in the moment. But tonight, we have a real hero amongst us," Quinn said in endorsing McCain. "I believe Sen. McCain is a strong role model...He never quit. That's a lesson we can all learn from."

He thinks McCain never quit and makes a good role model? Maybe that's why he sucked so bad whenever they let him play.

Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!
