So many black women are single, she says, because they are stuck in the groove of a one-track song: sitting alone, waiting for that one "good" black man to come along and sweep them off their feet.
Waiting. Talking to girlfriends. Waiting. Going out alone. Waiting. Going to work. Waiting.
Waiting for a "good" black man, with the same education level to marry them.
Waiting. Even when they know the odds are stacked against them.
Single black women with college degrees outnumber single black men with college degrees almost 3 to 1 in major urban areas such as Washington, according to a 2008 population survey by the U.S. Census Bureau. Given those numbers, any economist would advise them to start looking elsewhere.

Odd, I (okay I’m white) was never encouraged to date outside of my race, and I’ve dated girls of every race. Guess I didn’t need to be encouraged.
Yet somehow I’m still a racist I’m sure.
It’s a problem black women face. A large number of black men are shopping for white women. The next choice (after white women) for white men is Oriental women.
Dating is dating....race does not really matter.
If Queen Latifah isn’t available forget it. I don’t know what it is about that woman, but she has it. ;-) Ok, Beyonce Knowles is pretty hot too.
Blacks are one of the saddest results of block voting for Democrats and a glimpse of what they have for all of us: 70% of children born out of wedlock, far too many black men in prison, black on black crime as bad as any third world African countries, unemployment 25%, poverty, and no hope.

Liberalism has put the government in the place of the man in lower-income areas. They create de facto quotas where a black woman is worth twice as much as a black man in the ‘i’m not a racist’ game. They also pay a woman more if there is no man around. Furthermore, they’ve got us convinced that enforcing the law in poor areas is ‘racist’ so it destroys the youts.

actually I don’t know why more black women don’t take white men, as a rule they make better husbands or husbands period
