Never piss off Fred Thompson.
Remain clam.
a "few" beers never hurt anyone. :^) anyhoo. this is just an ongoing pet peeve that has boiled to the surface.
You remind me of another freeper.
When you speak of another FReeper you should put that FReeper’s name in the ping separated by semi-colon.
You’ve been signed up since 2000 and you don’t know? Thinking there is more to this post.
Ignoring a question you can’t answer is racist. You’re a racist, you racist.
i think you should post everything in a non linear stream of semi consciousness making sure to ping all the mods and jim robinson while supporting homos huckabees romnoids paulestinians and al franken while completely ignoring punctuation capital letters and make sure to attack a bunch of long time freepers and reference art bell john titor and the time machine closing your posts with as much profanity and obscene references as possible that is sure to get you noticed and respected and add a lot of pictures of helen thomas
It’s a news article in the Boston Herald.
I was simply trying to show how former President Bush was compared to a monkey numerous times.
The Herald never printed an article about that.
You said “ it’s irritating to me to see humorous threads taken down because of political correctness.”
I am just trying to guess. But I think the reason is that there are plenty of people who browse through FR, just to find a post, that they can then use to claim that FR is “racist and a hate site”. They can take things out of context, in fact, I have seen such things not only on the internet, but even on TV news, by people who are trying to discredit FR. We don’t want to give them any ammunition.
While people post something just for fun, without any malice, but those posts could be misinterpreted and used against FR. Sad, but true - it’s the times we live in.

Is it the article about the CEO of Tennessees hospitality association? If so, there isn’t anything wrong with it.
Yeah, you might disturb his rest.
gee, who could that be? hehehehehe!
Did you bring enough for everyone?
Jim Thompson? I used to jam with that dude!
Yea, that too!
