You’d think that by now he would be extra careful with his behavior. There’s always the chance of having too many drinks, and becoming too pushy or grabby. Or always the chance of a gold digger seeing $$ if things go a certain way.
The “Velvet Elvis”?

"Well you cant entirely avoid accusations, those come from other people, anybody can accuse anybody else of anything, they dont even have to be in the same state." Something like that happened to Tucker Carlson. He's spoken about it. He hadn't even met the woman who accused him of raping her. He said the whole experience was chilling, especially how seriously LE took her claim, even though it was obviously transparent.

Sounds like Benny might have a touch of “TigerWoods-itis”!

“where the Steelers QB allegedly sexually assaulted a young woman in the bathroom. “
Well, was he in the men’s bathroom or the women’s? It would make a difference.

But, this story begs the question - "How does TMZ beat all these other publications to the punch?" Hiding out in the bathrooms of local night clubs that NFL players visit.

It can be a scary world, especially if you’re at all famous. Lots of DA’s get big eyes when somebody comes in and says a star did something bad to them.

OOpsie.
Lawyer sitting next to me wonders what the county DA will day? Will do?
Will the “people” care - about what he was (alleged) to do?
Will the witness back up the story/pass muster?
Will the “people” care about what the DA will do?
Will the “people” care more about what the player will do next season?
Will this be covers on the sports page or front page?

"Hiding out in the bathrooms of local night clubs that NFL players visit." I don't know if you've ever been to Millidgeville, GA - but, I can assure you there's no hanging out in bathrooms, of any kind, going on there.

Are they saying he made a pass?
I guess it wasn't received very well.
The more I see these things go on, the greater admiration I have for Aaron Rodgers.

It's like a room full of ninjas.
You open the cupboard.. and there's a ninja!
You open the refrigerator.. and there's a ninja, and your missing milk.
You open the washing machine.. jackpot, ninja!
TMZ is the same way.
Nobody ever thinks to look on the stinking ceiling!
If they did, they'd see the TMZ dude duct taped to the ceiling.
But NOoooo, nobody EVER looks up.
Think about it, just where do all the movie monsters hang out right before they kill and eat you?
On the ceiling!
/ end horrible joke.

“She claims that this happened in an empty restroom at the Capitol club. No such thing exists.”
The restrooms are never empty in the Capitol Club, or the Capitol Club has no restrooms?

Standard journalistic ethics? Like those of ABC/CBS/NBC/MSNBC/CNN/PBS, NYTimes, WaPo, LATimes, AP ...
