How does one prepare for an upcoming appearance by Seth MacFarlane of Family Guy fame? If you're Bill Maher, you follow up the Family Guy/Sarah Palin/Down Syndrome attack by doing an 'exclusive rant' for the Huffington Post which includes - you guessed it - a joke about Sarah Palin's son, Trig.
Maher appeals to his lower-intellect audience by stating:
"...while we were off, Sarah Palin agreed to do commentary at Fox News. Which is actually very similar to her day job - talking to a baby with Down Syndrome."

I can’t imagine waking up in the morning with that kind of hate either. It takes a special kind of a-hole with NO SOUL to think the way that Maher, Behar, Rosie O’Donnell, and Garafalo think. These people are NOT human, they have no soul, especially Maher. It’s one thing to not agree politically on issues, I am fine with that, everyone is allowed to their opinion, but with Maher, its not even ideology that is provoking him to say this garbage, he is just PURE EVIL
As much as I detest Maher, do you realize the irony that you have just declared Bill Maher to be subhuman, when that’s what we are angry at him about—declaring Trig to be subhuman.
Denounce him all you want, but don’t stoop to his tactic.
Again...his ratings are in the tank...he is unloved, unreligious, and empty. I think we have come to a point in society where we honestly cannot be surprised anymore by people’s beheviors or rants. I’ll let God sort it out.
