Good Evening!

The Vancouver Olympics are now underway...several events have run into weather problems and postponed - too warm for snow. Global Warming strikes again! AAARGH!

And V-P. Biden's motorcade there has been in another accident.

The O administration continues to fumble and jumble on the KSM trial, and Germany is getting the jitters about bailing out debt-ridden Greece. Welcome to the EU!

Good Morning Everyone.

Great looking breakfast, lysie.

We had more snow overnight, with sleet and ice coming down before the snow. The plows are out there scraping the ice off the roads now.

As you well know...

Evan Bayh will not seek reelection

In prepared remarks, Bayh, 54, cited excessive partisanship that makes progress on public policy difficult to achieve as the motivation for his decision.

And THIS is a FIRST?

Translation: My internal poll numbers are really, really low, because somehow, the people of Indiana figured out how I actually vote.

Good afternoon. How's the weather your way?

I wish Schumer would retire.

No, I went to work. The roads were already clear last evening and just looking at the roads, you couldn’t even tell it had snowed several inches yesterday morning. I bet Guennie isn’t surprised.

Ahhhhhh............Schumer retiring would be a very wonderful happening.

It’s still chilly down here, but the sun is shining, and there’s not a cloud in the sky. Current temp is 60*.
Can’t complain!

I’m glad there was nothing slippery as you went out and about. Is it rose planting time there? What planting zone are you in? Don’t forget I recommend a hybrid tea and especially the Ore-gold variety. It has a big flower with a wonderful fragrance. The color is a deep yellow.
