WOW even Gibbs is hoping for change after he buys eggs milk and bread. Interesting that he had to remind himself to hope & change. He must have forgotten all about it.
Will some reporter ask gibbs if he did take care of the eggs milk and bread?
We know Sarah took care of her "shopping list" but did gibbs?
Is gibbs paid to shop on company time? what does that list have to do with his job?
If Sara was cheating, then gibbs was stealing.
