GG, I remember last year, about this time, and you took your leave of absence. We all missed you, and loved when you could sneak a couple minutes in, and update us on everything!
Don’t work TOO hard, now....y’hear? And, be sure to peek in every once in awhile.

Yep, annual thing, I’m afraid! LOL Greenhouse is full of cole crops. In about two weeks, we’ll shift them all outside and fill it back up with the maters and peppers/ flowers and herbs I just sowed and put in the incubator! My co-worker, Lisa, is going to HATE me about then, when we’ve got oodles of transplanting to do and it all needs to be done yesterday!

I was in a party mood...sorry I missed it, too. I was Olympic watching.
My Navy grandson’s wife is in Hawaii and I was so happy the
tsunami did no harm.
I will miss you these next busy months.

We’ve been watching the Olympics off and on. WHAT is the point of curling! LOL
Living in Hawaii! Wow! I’d love to visit there and Australia/New Zealand, but I’m afraid I’ll have to do it in books/movies. Not much on traveling!
Thanks! I’ll miss you guys too. I lurk a lot, even if I don’t reply!

Fr went down briefly..lost my reply
I actually watched enough Curling to understand it more..I watch some of every sport...only in the Olympics.
I do all my traveling by internet now.
I would love to visit those places, too.
My grandson has been deployed for 6 months..and will be back to Hawaii soon. They are being transferred to Norfolk..,a big change.
Of course we all like it because they will be closer to home.

Don’t you hate that?! Perfect reply, and it gets sent to Pluto.
Norfolk? That’s right up the coast from here! The grandkids, and their parents, live with us. SIL is in the process of joining the Army. Going to kill me when they finally move out. I’ve gotten spoiled. :)

Oh thank you so much Kitty Mittens for the sweet reminder of God’s Care over us.
I’m home today while family is off to worship. Today is my “ care for son day”... our special needs buddy is here this weekend. SO listening to some great hymns on the Old Fashioned Christian Radio station... sun is shining very bright here in Los Angeles!
Praise God for His Love!
Music playing right now is “ I will Sing of My Redeemer”!!

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS!
Piper On Board USS Carl Vinson, CVN-70
Amazing Grace
by John Newton
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. . Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, . And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed! . Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. . The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures. . Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, A life of joy and peace. . The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine. . When weve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, Weve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when wed first begun.
