She is wearing a black, knee-length dress and knee-high boots, because it is COLD here. Appropriate. But she does not look very cooperative or pleasant about being there. Nor does he; he's still got that nose-in-the-air snob expression he habitually wears. One would think he'd drop the snobbery and at least act humble in a church, at a funeral!

Okay, I’d have worn tights - smooth tights as dressy as I could find them. One of her better outfits though. Appropriate and reasonably flattering.
