Coming off AF1, whenever they are with the kids, she is almost always walking behind. I was wondering if that was some kind of protocol, and looked for pictures of the Bushes. W let Laura go first, or beside him most of the time. I think on some occasions it is appropriate for the wife to follow, but with the Obama's the norm is for her to be 3 steps behind. Significant?
Her clothes look okay here. The looks on her face are a totally different thing.
She looks bored and cranky and he looks like his arrogant looking down the snout a hole that he always is.
When the girls are with them, I notice that he leads the way, while she usually either follows the girls or flanks them.
Maybe it's a protective move?

By wearing such a dramatic outfit she draws attention to herself when the attention should really be on the Biden family and the life of Mrs. Biden.
A story from my family:
My mother showed me the dress she planned to wear to my cousin's wedding. The dress was a lovely pale gray. She had a brilliant pink dress that she liked better but she said, “ I am not going to wear the bright pink dress, it would draw attention away from my sister ( the mother of the bride.)”
My mother had class. Michele?...Well?..It's all about her. Isn't it?
Michele evidently thinks being First Lady is all about her. This is evident by the clothing she chooses.
A red cocktail dress for a ceremony for a fallen Medal of Honor winner is inappropriate because it draws attention to Michele instead of the person honored.
It is inappropriate to wear a spring colored light turquoise coat with patent leather boats to a Veteran's Day Memorial because it draws attention to Michele instead of the Veterans being honored.
And...hooker boots and leggings isn't appropriate either for the same reason. It is appropriate the the family and the life of Mrs. Biden be in the spotlight, **not** Michele.
What is she **thinking**!!

She looks like she doesn’t want to be with HIM, especially walking 10 paces behind him. Looks like he forgot she was following, just like he did the professor.
