I missed breakfast this morning so I went for the mid morning snack of Bacon rolled up in a cupcake cup and baked, topped with an egg, poached. A splash of bearnase and served hot as a sort of pop-in-the-mouth item
served with that second or third cup of coffee

What can I save? It was fabulous. Thank you.
