In a potentially devastating development for Tiger Woods, his growing sex scandal and hush money payoffs have caught the attention of the FBI and IRS.
A top source in Washington, D.C., divulged that in mid-December "discussions were underway" involving those two government agencies about whether to launch a federal probe of the billionaire golfer.
"They haven't pulled the trigger yet, but they smell blood in the water," the source told The ENQUIRER.
"Their interest was heightened when they heard reports suggesting that Tiger may have been paying for high-class call girls.
"It had already come out that Tiger's company may have paid for the travel of at least one of his girlfriends for a recent hookup in Australia. If Tiger is using company money to do it - and if illegal activity such as prostitution is taking place - then they're going to come down on him."

“If you buy a piece of ass across state lines it becomes federal. Thats one of the major power grabs Hoover got when building the FBI, any crime that crosses state line becomes automatically their jurisdiction.”
What was the law they nailed that Boxer Jack Johnson with?
“his cuckholded wife”
Who was also a golddigger. Think she would have spoken to Tiger if he was just a small town school teacher? She’s not much better than him. He’s bad, but no need to hold her up as some wife of the year. She clearly neglected him if he had THAT much time to play his indoor sports.
Actually there is one where she could put her hands in two states and her legs in two more.......interesting thought...say, what state would ‘you’ be in?
It's not the sex that's the problem. It's the people who either don't pay the gift tax, or don't claim the income that becomes problematic.
Plus, if you're taking funds out of a organization that enjoys tax-exempt status, and you're using those funds for your own personal benefit or entertainment, that too is a problem. The Feds are right and obligated to investigate both allegations. If they're going to make me pay my full tax liability, they damn sure better be making Tiger Woods - and his whores - pay theirs.
I think the race hustlers threw is 1/4 or less black ass under the bus because he was only boinking white skanks.
Whoa! You’re obviously taking this much more seriously than I am. I really don’t give a shit. All I know is that she stayed with his ass long enough to squeeze out two kids and made a home, regardless of what he thought about. The dipshit should have been smarter....screw him and his billion.
Absolutely. But there it is. Hoover won that battle 50 years ago. I don’t think he even used the commerce clause, he just managed to hammer through that if the crime “happened” in more than one state it must be federal. His primary excuse was gunning for the interstate flight guys, rob somebody in a town on one side of the border and drive to the other side so the state cops in the original state can’t chase you. But of course in the end it was Hoover, he just wanted power, and he had the blackmail ammo to get it.
Well, I imagine I could pretty much match the hands and feet and also be in four states at once. The problem is, there must be some kind of monument at that spot that would make things a little tricky...
Tell, what's it like living in 1953? Do you miss the microwave?
The Mann Act.
Also, Congress doesn't like the competition. What would be so special about being a Congressman if just anyone could use the "company" money for personal sexual adventures?
What are you? A ‘missionary’ afficionado? Methinks most would say ‘each leg in a different state.......’ Wasn’t really planning on degenerating this discussion into a problem of ‘what position do you use’.....that would be threadjacking, and, of course, I’d never do that.....
I think I’ll go gnaw on a chair leg for a few. Merry Christmas.
It's not BS, it's tax evasion. We just gave one of our daughters some money to help her by her first home. We paid taxes on that gift. Why do I have to pay taxes on a gift for the purchase of a home, but Tiger doesn't have to pay taxes when he indulges his johnson?
Why on earth does she deserve HALF? She had nothing whatsoever with creating the money,,,,nothing. And please, no law lecture, what im asking is why she deserves half of something she had no hand in creating.
Amazing how women talk about “equality”, but still think sex or marriage with a rich guy is a completely valid financial entitlement to half of everything he has. This is the *very* definition of prostitution. If she wants to be rich like that, she needs to work on her golf game.
I commiserate with you on having had to pay gift tax on what you gave your daughter. My mother did the same with her grandchildren, only she looked at the rules long enough to figure out how to tie it to an inheritance gift and filed for it, legally, and didn't have to pay a dime.
And by all accounts, Washington DC is a Mecca for prostitution. Maybe they should clean that place up first. Not a small hypocrisy for the boys in DC to attack anyone for illegal use of money, and renting women.
Hard to imagine Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, etc,,arguing that the FEDERAL government should become involved in a quibble arising out of a man’s affair or visit to a prostitute.
First, I'm a conservative. I couldn't care less what's fair. It's not a word that is in my vocabulary. But, I do care what's legally obligated. If you're legally obligated to pay taxes on something, then you should pay it, irrespective of how much you've paid already.
I don't know where the funds came from, but even if they came out of his own personal bank account, he is still responsible for paying the gift taxes.
These are not small amounts of money we're talking about. It has been reported that Woods had many women on a kind of monthly retainer, paying varying amounts with some receiving in excess of $10K a month. That adds up to some real cash, in a hurry.
Tax liability just isn't for the middle class. It's for the rich and the mega wealthy. Their "fair share" is whatever the US Tax Code says their fair share is, not a penny less.
