This is the wisest course. These other women are likely to come out of the woodwork for years, so the humiliation never ends. Tiger’s earnings and assets may not ever be greater than they are now. Tiger should spend about a year in a Buddhist or Trappist monastery.

I'm tired of this story.
This is the last thing I'm ever gonna say about this whole episode:
He married her for her looks. She married him for his money (she sure didn't marry him for his looks). That's probably not a good foundation for a marriage.
People shouldn't be surprised about Tiger Woods. I wasn't. I'm not surprised he was a scumbag. I was surprised how dumb he was to think he could get away with it. Maybe you don't have to be so bright to get into Stanford if you can swing a mean golf club. But don't ever be fooled by media persona as so many were. I wasn't fooled for a millisecond by Obama, Bill Clinton, or any famous athlete in trouble. It's all a media deception and people should take this as a learning lesson about how they can be fooled by clever advertising. That's it forever on this damn thing!

I find it fascinating it appears that we all take for granted that this was the first instance of Elin being aware of Eldrick’s adultery. More than likely this is not the case given the sheer amount of women and their individual longevity.
I despise divorce, almost as much as I despise serial cheaters. And yes the bible gives specific relief to the cuckquean and cuckold for divorce
