Thanks, Raider. Right back at you!
Didn’t we just do this thread a few months ago??? I named quite a few favorites. No one I listed back then has fallen off...not even Laz. I’m adding the Michelle Fashion Police gals (for obvious reasons) and humblegunner (because he’s such a freaking grouch). Admin Mod I could take or leave (yes, I’m still in a snit because half of my charming posts were deleted from the college football thread last weekend). ;)

To make and have Legends, it helps to survive...
Survival is aided by knowledge...
Knowledge improves with science...
Honorable mention to texas booster and all of the other legendary Free Republic Folders Team members who donate computer power to the Stanford Folding@Home distributed computing project.
When you're not using your computers, graphics processors, or PlayStation 3 game machines for work, or play, or the serious business of FReeping, you can let Stanford University's Folding@Home project keep your systems busy performing scientific simulations for the ongoing study of the way proteins fold (or mis-fold).
Mis-folding proteins are thought to be a major factor, or even the cause, of diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Huntington's, as well as certain cancers.

Billthedrill. Without him the FReeper Book Club on Atlas Shrugged would not have been a success.

My friend 68-69TonkinGulfYachtClub. I miss Brian greatly. A true friend.
I nominate all of the veteran freepers for their service to our country. God bless them all.

Cheers! I’ll go for that toast.
I miss the ones not here.

I think it was Starwise who asked me about wanting a Burka when I first joined. Always appreciated that.
There’s a whole bunch of folks that are really good with pictures, and those whose insight is inspiring, like NW Arizona Granny & Delawhere
.
Kim VRWC, La Lydia, Rockabyebaby, etc can post some great, funny things.
There are also staples, like Laz, Kristinn, Dr Raoul, Kaslin, Diogenesis, AlohaRonnie.
SJackson’s pings are extensive, as are the pro-Life and survivalist pingers. These are great resources.
ExTexasRedhead is a whirlwind, as are Cindy, FromLori and StarTraveler, or pissant, EV, backhoe, 50mm and DFU.
I was ready to go fight Florida with all the Terri threads.
I appreciate getting to know AmericaninTokyo and don’t see much of ExPatGuy or whoever it was that posted all that stuff on 0bama.
A number of the who posted through the Clinton years paved the way. But it all started with JimRob, now, didn’t it.
Buckhead though, was a real mensch.
This is the only place I post. You here are the reason why.

Suffice to say I enjoy most of your posts these days. Coming from you, that practically cannonizes me.
Cheers!
