Nobel Peace Prize winner Barack Obama skipped a "Save the Children" benefit concert in Oslo, Norway, Thursday, and a cardboard cutout of the American president was placed on stage in his absence.

Interestingly, the cardboard cutout scored two points higher in the latest Rasmussen approval ratings poll. Respondents reported that it had more executive experience than the real deal. They also appreciated that it had not apologized for the US while in Oslo.

I guess the Norwegian’s are branching out a bit in the humour department. They are polite to a fault. Perhaps the cut-out was a nice gesture for the little kids, but anyone older than 13 obviously saw the disrespectful humour in it.
