I think my service record, and almost anyone’s this side of a dishonorable discharge, can stand up quite nicely to delusional ravings that the President of the United States is leading an invasion of this country with his Muslim army.

You mean the present usurper in the W.H.,NOT the "President"???

Read. This guy was no mustang who spent precious years in enlisted ranks. He was instead, an ANA grad who apparently was passed over for promotion regularly.

And I followed the links and read up on the guy in question, he’s an A1 nutboy.

Agreed. If nothing else, I’m fairly certain that he doesn’t want to give up beer under Sharia law.

Is Barry a Muslim? Hmmm. Let's see...

Con: Never seen any record of him worshipping at a mosque since coming of age, or participating in Islamic events, or carrying around a Koran or a prayer rug. Never seen him doing anything particularly Islamic at all. He says he's not. Didn't give his kids Islamic names.

Pro: Random people on the internet insist that he is.

Hmmm....

Inquiring minds move on to other things. But I'll tell you what--if he leads a Muslim horde to conquer this nation in the next three years, I owe you a Coke.

There seems to be a mentality that abounds here, that pretty much stipulates that everything negative about a perceived enemy is true, and everything positive must be false. I’m far too reasoned to ever subscribe to that mindset.

which is one reason for impeachment
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

How do you impeach a person who is not even eligible to be president and therefore NOT a president but is instead a criminal impostor? Only a valid president can be impeached and convicted.

Agree, therefore we should be able to bring phony charges against him since he’s a phony president. I could be wrong but what the hell.

“And I followed the links and read up on the guy in question, he’s an A1 nutboy.”

Your comment is mostly irrelevant because Fitzpatrick’s actions pertaining to this thread are not the actions of a “nutboy.”

They’re the actions of a rational and courageous man. All you’re doing is trying to pin a label on him that has nothing to do with this thread and is in fact refuted by this thread.

They aren’t? You think it’s reasonable to believe that Obama is going to lead an Islamic invasion force that’s going to slaughter men, women and children? Please, this is clearly delusional. You don’t have to be fan of the man to realize that this is nothing short of nutty.

"He was passed over 3 times for promotion.

The court-martial for failing to properly supervise the spending of his ship's ``morale, welfare and recreation money didn't help his career."

"1994 Seattle P-I Editorial: Naval probe needed in officer's discipline

The Navy should reverse course and grant a new trial to Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick, who appears to have been the subject of a vendetta by his superiors.

The case has an odious smell about it and needs an impartial airing.

Fitzpatrick received a court-martial conviction on one count of financial negligence in 1990. As a result, a career-destroying letter of reprimand was placed in his file.

Fitzpatrick's defenders include Rep. Norm Dicks, D-Wash. and Lt. Matthew Bogoshian, the former Navy officer who prosecuted the 40-charge case against him but now says there was little to support any of it.

Nevertheless, Fitzpatrick, a 20-year Navy officer who has two steel pins in his shoulder from a helicopter crash in the Persian Gulf in 1987, has been exiled to shore staff jobs and twice passed over for promotion. He is due for mandatory retirement in July.

Fitzpatrick's troubles surfaced after the brother of his commanding officer aboard USS Mars, [Captain] Nordeen, was murdered by terrorists in Greece. Fitzpatrick was executive officer aboard the ship at the time and his subordinates voted to use $10,400 in non-government money to send a delegation of sailors and their wives to attend the funeral. [Captain] Nordeen also defends the expenditure as proper.

But Fitzpatrick's troubles may have been triggered by a critical debriefing he gave his superiors in Oakland on his return from the Persian Gulf regarding inadequate support to his ship. The same staffers who heard his complaints initiated the investigation against him shortly thereafter.

Fitzpatrick has charged the Navy with obstruction of justice, intentional falsification of investigative reports, intentional withholding of evidence supporting his innocence, and attempted cover-up of criminal misconduct and perjury by Navy staff.

Dicks has asked for a new trial, but the Navy has refused. We think Fitzpatrick, rated as an excellent officer throughout his career, deserves another hearing."

That's a big ole' V for vendetta!

Let’s take your assertion and apply a bit of logic, with the following question:

For argument’s sake—how would Obama’s behavior differ from his current behavior if he were in fact planning to lead an Islamic invasion force to overrun this country?

I’m asking for a serious, well thought answer.

For starters, I'd expect a much higher degree of competence. Make no mistakes, the Obama problem hinges upon his having hitched his wagon to the failed ideology of socialism. A system that has caused nothing but woe everywhere that it has been tried. What he isn't is a sleeper muslim poised to lead a massive army against the USA. The following distinction is subtle so it might be a bit much for you to grasp, so don't worry if you don't get it: Obama isn't so much anti-American as he anti-everything that has made America strong.

If you accept the notion that he is merely a socialist politician with Chicago thug tendencies, well in that case you can indeed call him incompetent because he has started to lose all his political capital before enacting his socialist agenda. It truly looks like he will lose the Democrat majority. Under this scenario you can measure his competence.

But as a sleeper cell his competence can not be measured at this point, because the final, critical move has not been taken.

If he is attempting an Islamic coup, his goal is still attainable.

A verbal slip by Barack Obama, where he referenced “my Muslim faith,” unleashed tons of internet attacks.

The Democratic presidential candidate appeared on ABC’s “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos, which aired on Sunday morning.

It was somewhat humorous and ironic that Barack Hussein Obama was addressing what he referred to as “false rumors” that he is Muslim. Obama suggests that John McCain and his camp are responsible, according to ABC News.

Stephanopoulos reminded Barack Obama that John McCain had denied having anything to do with those religion rumors.

“You’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith,” Obama said, before being corrected by Stephanopoulos.

Obama pointed the finger at “the Republican camp.”

The quote became a magnet for comments on the YouTube.com video site and by bloggers as the day went on. Some people see this as confirmation that Obama is Muslim, while others just see it as an honest slip.

I saw this interview with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears. That remark was not a slip of the tongue, it was a moment’s slip of concentration. YES, he is a muzzie. He says the call to a Muslim prayer is the most beautiful thing to hear!!!

Like in Europe they do that with the love in the bedrooms!!!
