If Obama is indeed guilty of treason - then we have a growing list of folks who are also committing treason. Namely, every member of law enforcement and the justice system who have taken an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - along with every individual in Washington DC and beyond who has chosen to look the other way while denying American citizens their day in court - claiming that no citizen has the “legal standing” to ask who in the hell Barack Hussein Obama really is…
After visits from the Secret Service and months of rejection by the courts, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick may get his day in court.
On Tuesday December 1st 2009, Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III will present the evidence behind his treason complaint against Obama/Soetoro to all all thirteen members of a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee.
The road to justice has been bumpy, to say the least. Commander Fitzpatrick has been ridiculed, blocked in court house halls, threatened, accused of mutiny and labeled a “crackpot” by Obama supporters who see no need for a standard background check for the most powerful office in the world.
Now, this places the Tennessee Grand Jury squarely in the middle of the biggest Constitutional Crisis in U.S. history.

The First Time I Heard of Barack (with additional info)
It’s next to impossible to prove the following theory - as nearly everything else about Obama's life before October 1992 - but it is believed by some researchers that there MAY be some correlation with this Tom Fife story and the nationally-published story BELOW from Feb 13, 1992, which was a plea for cash from the Left elite to get communist and socialist “students” out of Moscow.
One of those students, curiously, was a law student, born in 1961, with the last name "Obama" - what are the odds of that? It is believed that "Roman Obama" is NOT from Equatorial Guinea, rather he was going THROUGH then-Communist E.G. to his final destination ... elsewhere.
Additionally, it is believed that the man ON THE RIGHT in the photo below is NOT “Roman Obama”, despite what the cutline says. The photo AND name "Roman Obama" was likely a front, all staged for later deniability. It is thought that the “powers” in Russia and their allies needed to “drop” the Obama name so his "backers" - who would recognize the name "Roman Obama" - would respond with the required urgency (and money) to get him out of Moscow as the ruble collapsed.
It is further believed that it is ACTUALLY Barack Obama who was the foreign exchange student at Patrice Lumumba (Friendship) University - thus why BHO does NOT want to disclose his college records. Some think Barack Obama was out of the country as a foreign-exchange student - off and on during the 80s - leading into Obama's post-grad work at Harvard up to summer 1992. The Left elite needed to get him OUT of Moscow before the violence kicked in and BACK to where he was suppose to be "planted" ... perhaps the US ... Fight his policies, as we are doing, and find some proof on the birth certificate thing. When you have the proof, pressure Congress to impeach. After impeachment and removal, let a US Attorney worry about treason charges.
Taking this in front of a Tennessee Grand Jury is a nonstarter. They have no jurisdiction and no authority to remove a sitting President.
It is the equivalent of complaining to your city council about the healthcare bill — even if they agree, what are they going to do about it? I think Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld were indicted for war crimes in a couple of wacko left-wing areas of the country. What good did it do for the proponents of the indictment? None. It was a sideshow.

I am appalled of how blindfolded a huge chunk of the American people are when it comes to history and especially world history in general!
They don’t have a clue what the USSR was brewing, while watching “The America Idol” and Oprah, etc.!!
The ruskies did it in Eastern Europe, Africa, South and Central America, including Cuba and Venezuela which we are dealing with today. Uri Bezmenov explains their tactics in some old video interviews!!!

With all due respect, you must be living in a fantasy world, if you think that a total "blindfolded" or "bribed" Congress, including the Judicial Branch is touching an impeachment trial you are definitely out of touch. I think we all learned how the spineless Senate dealt with Clinton's impeachment!
There are some unseen forces working behind the scenes to take down the United States of America that is "invisible" for Congress and the ordinary American People and which has to be dealt with in some of the same way George Washington and his brave men dealt with the Brits!!

Ah — so lets overthrow the Constitution to save ... the Constitution? How is your usurpation any better than his? He allegedly circumvented the Constitution to take power ... so you circumvent the Constitution to take it back?
There is a Constitutional method of convicting and removing a President. Use it. If the public is on board, Congress will follow (as their sense of self-preservation tends to exceed their party loyalty). If they don’t follow, and the public is truly on board, their replacements will follow.
If the public doesn’t care, then you haven’t done a good enough job making your case (and, for what its worth, your “revolution” would fail for the same reason).

Doc, your problem is that our Constitution has already been taken out of the equation, Barry, Harry and Nancy don't believe in it!
This election was the biggest voter fraud this nation has ever seen in its history, ---a British/Indonesian/Equatorial Guinea (?) subject/citizen--- has occupied the White House!!
John Wayne may have talked slowly, but he did not hesitate to act fast, and I think he was a true Conservative as well!!!

The question isn’t whether they believe in the Constitution — it is whether you do. There is a Constitutional mechanism for fixing this problem. If the people believe Obama is ineligible, they will elect Congress-critters that will carry out their wishes. The problem here isn’t tactical, it is public opinion. Without proof, public opinion will not support these measures, and thus neither will Congress.
So — carry on with your Tennessee grand jury farce if it lifts your skirt. Its a waste of time — but its your time, what do I care? It’ll go nowhere, because it has nowhere to go. Use the legal system under the Consitution — or don’t use the legal system at all.
If you’re hankering for a revolution, I don’t see why a Tennessee Grand Jury gets you any closer to your goal. If you’re trying for an impeachment, a Tennessee Grand Jury is an irrelevancy. Use relevant legal methods, or extra-legal methods (good luck with that, Chief) — but using irrelevant legal methods is ridiculous (which is how I know its a stunt).

I would agree with you totally if the playing field under your Consitution, whatever that means(?)... was equal, but it's NOT. The Constitution I am referring to has been totally circumvented by your pals in Washington D.C. (the District of Corruption) and elsewhere!
The framer's "document" has been raped by your pals with bribes and activist judges on the bench!!
