If Obama is indeed guilty of treason - then we have a growing list of folks who are also committing treason. Namely, every member of law enforcement and the justice system who have taken an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - along with every individual in Washington DC and beyond who has chosen to look the other way while denying American citizens their day in court - claiming that no citizen has the “legal standing” to ask who in the hell Barack Hussein Obama really is…
After visits from the Secret Service and months of rejection by the courts, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick may get his day in court.
On Tuesday December 1st 2009, Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III will present the evidence behind his treason complaint against Obama/Soetoro to all all thirteen members of a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee.
The road to justice has been bumpy, to say the least. Commander Fitzpatrick has been ridiculed, blocked in court house halls, threatened, accused of mutiny and labeled a “crackpot” by Obama supporters who see no need for a standard background check for the most powerful office in the world.
Now, this places the Tennessee Grand Jury squarely in the middle of the biggest Constitutional Crisis in U.S. history.

I am aware he is a vet — that doesn’t mean it isn’t a political stunt which will distract a few and fail miserably.
No, I am not a vet (though I did consider joining the JAG after law school). My father was a vet. Both of my grandfathers were vets. I have two cousins and a brother-in-law currently serving.
Don’t disparage my respect for the miltary because I’m not on board with this nonsense — and don’t think you can pull some “he’s a naval vet” trump card on me to make me fold. I need not agree with every action (or stunt) engaged by every veteran of the military.
I have nothing to prove to you.

Cmdr Fitzpatrick has a different account (having been the one actually in the court room and not the news reporter), that we've seen in post #48 here.

There are over 400 grand jury activities around the country. One of the results of this activity we may be able to get enough states to require proof of eligibility before the electoral college can commit.
I suspect Obama knows this and why he has said he has no problem being a 1 term President. Unless of course he suspends our right to vote in 2012.

Once a President is seated, the only body with the Constitutional jurisdiction to remove him is Congress (good luck there). Not even the Supreme Court can Constitutionally remove a sitting President (and certainly not some random Court in Tennessee). If he is to be convicted of high crimes, Congress is the place to do it.
This is beyond a waste of time. Its a show trial, and has no more bearing on actual reality than the random-ass “trials” and city council votes condemning George W. Bush on trumped-up “war crimes” charges.

I stand corrected. I thought this was another of those “American Grand Jury” things.
Sure, Congress would be the ones to remove a Constitutional POTUS, but does it state that only Congress can remove a usurper? No, it doesn't. Do the courts have an obligation to investigate evidence of election fraud? Of course they do.
By the way, do you believe the intent of the framers was to include someone born with foreign citizenship (& thus allegiance) to be considered a Natural Born Citizen and thus eligible to the the Commander in Chief of the military?

It turns out that this same hacker complained in an email elsewhere on the web, regarding the Advertorial. The Post & Email is in possession of his email as it provides proof of a material chain of evidence to the concerted political action in Washington, D.C. the same day.
Simultaneously there was a Coordinated Political Attack on The Washington Times
Our confidential sources in Washington, D.C., have divulged to us that during the attack on our website, a political uproar was in progress in the Capitol., of the like not see in decades. It was directed by the White House through the political activists in the Black Community. These activists urged advertisers at The Washington Times to pull Kerchner’s ad, complaining to the sales department, that the advertorial was “racist.” Leading figures in the Media throughout the Capitol also angrily complained to the paper’s editorial board.
The uproar was so organized as to produce maximum result on the same day that The Washington Times was to announce a major staff reduction: more than 370+ workers to be laid off. The paper also announced that it was undertaking a political lobbying effort in the capitol, by means of a program to distribute free newspapers to politicians in the city.
The concerted political attack on the Washington Times has all the markings of Alinsky style tactics and of race-card politics, the resident expert of which, in the District of Columbia, is undoubtedly Barack Hussein Obama."

Not exactly, but definitely related as the "AGJ" use Cmdr Fitzpatrick's criminal treason complaint in their presentments (exhibit 5). What's going on in Monroe country, though, is Fitzpatrick presenting his criminal complaint and his own evidence.
