DETROIT (WXYZ) - A DDOT bus carrying dozens of people was hijacked and, for some reason, Detroit Police let the suspected hijacker go with just a ticket.

Now here's the part you may find hard to believe: For some reason, Detroit Police let the suspected hijacker go with just a ticket for interference.
