Why go fight under a Commander in Chief, who backs the terrorist vermin and has hated America all his life, and comes up with rules of engagement that guarantee high US casualties even while protecting the Al Quaeda vermin? It would be like committing suicide.
That makes me wonder if you have actually been in the military.
I am against women in the military for various reasons but I also know that in general the young women in the military are the highest quality women that you will find outside of a good church and that isn't being nice, it is just a fact.
If a good man wanted to look at a large pool of the finest, highest quality, conservative values, females in the land then the military is unmatched in having an astounding percentage of them.
Arguing against women in the military is like having to argue with a movement to allow 60 year old male veterans to enlist for the infantry, you have to make your argument but you also know that your arguments are being made against what is mostly a stellar group of people whose hearts and minds are in the right place and that in general, fill your heart with pride.
Look around you stoner, are you happy with the percentage of veterans among the leading conservative political leaders, candidates, writers, radio hosts, etc?

Again, there are vastly more conservatives amongst veterans than there are liberals. And there are vastly more conservatives currently serving in the military than there are liberals. All you gotta do is look at the percentages of military votes that go to Republicans as compared to the parentage that goes to the Democrats. Republicans win the military vote every time. This is not even an issue. You are creating an issue from something that doesn't exist to serve your loony left agenda.

Read this again, it is about civilian, conservative, political and cultural leaders, not military personnel, not veterans in general, not voters, it is about having so few veterans among our conservative political and cultural leadership.

The problem is not that Obama is a lefty, but that he hates the military and the United States. He wants the troops to die, because he hates them. Cf. the outrageous rules of engagement.
As lefty as FDR was, even his critics never thought he hated the U.S. or the military. Did he sell out to “Uncle Joe”? Absolutely. But we weren’t at war with “Uncle Joe.”
WE fight the enemy over there, if not we will have to fight them here.
Most on FR really don’t understand this war and why we must win.
If the troops were brought back home, the war would continue, only on American soil and around the world.

By the way what are the reasons that Beck did not enlist under Reagan when Beck graduated high school?
Don’t be hypocritical, join the part of the left that discourages military service if you are a “conservative” that agrees with that.

Read the thread, what I posted is clear enough, you can’t understand it?
If you are among the posters on this thread that are discouraging their children, or other youth from enlisting, then join with the elements of the left that share that goal.
If you are discouraging military service because you don’t like the current political administration or President then
chant “we won’t send our sons to your democrat war”.
I’m accepting a direct commission in the reserves. Obviously, I disagree with Beck on this one. Hope I have the same experience you did... ;-)
I think if you right click on the photo, you can get a URL, and then look for the shirt that way. I believe there is a company that is selling them now. It may be the company that sold the original "Hope" T shirts. I would have mixed emotions about buying stuff from a liberal firm, but on the other hand, they are cool shirts, arent they?
