Every time I listen to this I am in tears laughing...Welcome to Christmas 2009. Play it loud!!!
I'm with you. I don't even like Mariah Carey, but when she hits those high notes, it gives me goose-bumps.
Now I'm going to have to dig it out and play it.
Michael Crawford’s version. Hands down.
I know...if ever I feel “down”, I listen to this and I just laugh my BUTT off!
“Michael Crawfords version. Hands down.”
Trans Siberian Orchestra’s Ghost of Christmas Past. I play it every Christmas, and at other times when I want a moving experience. Might play it tonight.
I play mine for the first time every year the morning after Thanksgiving night.
That is hilarious! hehehehe!
Let’s try this link for that youtube video.
Hope this one works. :o)

David Phelps performed this piece with such devotion to our Lord. Chills. Praise. He also sang “It Is Well With My Soul” and it was beautiful.
Mariah Carey???? Please tell me you are not serious about thinking she can sing!
Jerry Butler! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GRYXwHONgo
Absolutely.
Best rendition of Ave Maria.
gag..gag.. Barbra Streisand (many yrs. ago)
I tired to listen, but couldn’t - Mariah Carey makes it all about her. It sounds like she’s singing it to a brothel customer, not a church.
Just ... wow. That guy can sing. I’m adding this one to my list of must haves. Thanks.
This is a nice version. For some who can tolerate it anyway, whoever that may be.
