Palin: Obama's Horrible Decision
NRO,facebook ^ | November 13, 2009 | Sarah Palin

Posted on 11/14/2009 8:12:06 AM PST by opentalk

From Sarah Palin's Facebook:

Horrible decision, absolutely horrible. It is devastating for so many of us to hear that the Obama Administration decided that the 9/11 terrorist mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will be given a criminal trial in New York. This is an atrocious decision.

Mohammed and his terrorist co-conspirators are responsible for the deaths of more than 3,000 Americans. Thousands of American families have suffered through the loss of loved ones because of the disgusting attacks launched against the United States, and now this trial venue adds insult to injury, in addition to compromising our efforts in the War on Terror. Heaven forbid our allies see this decision as a reason to become less likely to support our efforts in the future.

Criminal defense attorneys will now enter into delaying tactics and other methods in the hope of securing some kind of win for their “clients.” The trial will afford Mohammed the opportunity to grandstand and make use of his time in front of the world media to rally his disgusting terrorist cohorts. It will also be an insult to the victims of 9/11, as Mohammed will no doubt use the opportunity to spew his hateful rhetoric in the same neighborhood in which he ruthlessly cut down the lives of so many Americans.

It is crucially important that Americans be made aware that the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks may walk away from this trial without receiving just punishment because of a “hung jury” or from any variety of court room technicalities. If we are stuck with this terrible Obama Administration decision, I like most Americans, hope that Mohammed and his co-conspirators are convicted. Hang ‘em high.

I wholeheartedly support the survivors and the families of the victims in their appeal to the president regarding this matter. You can read more about it here.

One question. If the “official” murder count for NYC in 2001 does not include the approx. 3,000 deaths from 9/11, then does this not “prove” that it was an “act of war” as opposed to a “criminal matter”?

I’m sure that there will now be orders to our Marines to collect evidence and not contaminate the crime scene!!!!

Maybe someone should investigate how Obama murdered Donald Young or how Biden’s son, the AG of Delaware jailed obambi’s homosexual partner to shut him up.

Well we shall see.

Sarah, should that happen, please be prepared to be referred to as "Madame President".

This is just one of the several potential pitfalls Obama has dug for himself.

If in 1942 someone was running for office and had the choice of calling themselves Barry Sotoro or Rudolph Hifler and chose the latter it would be a pretty good indication of what they thought of this country.

and what his voters thought of this country

I don’t think an individual can officially declare war on the United States. In that the Constitution does not recognize war with an individual.

This is why the way to deal with terrorists is extract all the information you can then shoot them. This way the commies can’t draw up on you.

I say, let the 911 survivors and family and friends of those who died have a vote.

Then he should be drawn and quartered at ground zero depending on a majority of the vote.

That’s justice.

The only way I would go with a public trial is if Marilyn Milian is the judge. Have his death sentence before the first commercial.

Looking like not all the dots have been connected to Mohammed and his terrorist co-conspirators.

As usual, Sarah speaks from the heart of the people, and with bright clarity. That is a bold and fearless statement from a politician. Now that Sarah's cleared the way, lesser beings will follow.

I understand what she is saying but it is blatently apparent she doesn’t have faith in the criminal justice system for our own citizens. What’s good enough for us is good enough for terrorist douche bags.

Funny how a little common sense talk, inspired by a Reaganesque boldness, can make Obama (and all liberals) look so incompetent.

Yep. It's a good thing Palin wrote this or else all the other conservatives might have thought it was a good idea to try the guys in the states, 'cause I haven't read a single thing from any other Republican on this issue. Whew, we dodged a bullet there.

Don’t worry, Republicans are beginning, slowly but surely, to fall in line with their support of Palin.

A political party can’t be made of 100% leaders. As long as the majority of Republicans are not outright Marxists, they will follow a strong leader with the right positions.

Even Israel brought Adolf Eichmann to Jerusalem to stand trial for war crimes.
