One question. If the “official” murder count for NYC in 2001 does not include the approx. 3,000 deaths from 9/11, then does this not “prove” that it was an “act of war” as opposed to a “criminal matter”?

I don’t think an individual can officially declare war on the United States. In that the Constitution does not recognize war with an individual.

This is why the way to deal with terrorists is extract all the information you can then shoot them. This way the commies can’t draw up on you.
