House Republican Leader John Boehner (Ohio) says the Obama administration is putting "liberal special interests before the safety and security of the American people" in deciding to bring the 9/11 mastermind to the United States for trial in federal civilian court. Boehner issued the statement on Friday, shortly before Attorney General Eric Holder formally announced the decision to bring Kahlid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees to New York City.

“The possibility that Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his co-conspirators could be found ‘not guilty’ due to some legal technicality just blocks from Ground Zero should give every American pause,” Boehner said. “These men are part of a global terrorist network dedicated to attacking America and civilization itself, and on that awful day nine years ago, they succeeded in killing nearly 3,000 innocent men, women, and children.

I don’t think Bohner should be the focus here when the problem is the Leftists, and their decision to treat this as a legal matter opposed to a military matter.

War has been declared against us by Islam many years ago. That makes it a military matter IMO.

I agree, this is a MILITARY matter. The problem is that the left also realizes that and sees it as an opportunity. The goal of the far left is the destruction of America. They have no other goal -- no positive agenda at all. They cannot see anything beyond that goal. Most of them don't even have a good answer to what they want to BUILD in place of America. They simply are not wired up to think in terms of CREATING anything. They are LOSERS who simply know that they have nothing and want to tear down what you have so that you can wallow in the gutter with them.

Because leftists are basically ethical nihilists, they sign up to help anyone who will help them destroy America. That explains their allegiance with the communist world.

Leftists had a real crisis on their handd when their allies in the USSR and elsewhere were overthrown. But they quckly regained their confidence when they found their new best friends: the jihadists.
