This sounds like a great recipe. Coincidentally, I had my hair cut today and when the hairdresser told me she was going to have to add some mousse to my hair, I gamely asked if she had any chocolate mousse , and she said no unfortunately. It seems like that would be a great idea for a new hair product . . there are so many identical mousses for people’s hair. Why not a chocolate mouse for the hair? Of course it would just make your hair smell like chocolate . and would not be edible.

Great recipe!

I like to add Kahlua to my chocoate mousse.

It is tricky to do or the alcohol will collapse the egg whites.

Looks good, thinking this is closer to three servings though (all for me)

I made chocolate mousse as homework for my high school french class. It was awesome. I think it called for a little bourbon or something. It was delicious. It’s time I made it again.

Lately, I’ve been craving all things pumpkin. A friend recently treated me to her home made pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting. Wow. So good.

I will probably make pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving.

Well, I found a huge problem with your recipe. I tried it, and I’m sorry but it only serves two. And that’s only because my husband is bigger and stronger than me :-)
