While I am reading the forum and keeping an eye on Pelosicare I decided to exercise my opposition to this bill and whipped up a batch of chocolate mousse ... ecstacy it was!
Here's the recipe for anyone who dares:
Chocolate Mousse (Yield=6 if your are generous)
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate (4 oz bitter choc, 2 oz sugar)
4 tbsp butter
4 eggs, separated
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
1 cap Vanilla Extract
Melt chocolate over double boiler, temper in butter. When melted, remove from heat, temper in egg yolks. Allow to cool to room temperature. Whip egg whites , fold into chocolate. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract, fold into chocolate.
Whipping Cream Garnish ½ C Cream, 2 tbsp Sugar, 1 cap Almond Extract
Mmmm, moosetracks icecream is my favorite.
Oh I hope the bite wasn’t series. Hee Hee. Didn’t have to stune the moose with a beeber did they?

I made chocolate mousse as homework for my high school french class. It was awesome. I think it called for a little bourbon or something. It was delicious. It’s time I made it again.
Lately, I’ve been craving all things pumpkin. A friend recently treated me to her home made pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting. Wow. So good.
I will probably make pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving.
I think this might interest you...
My husband even likes to watch Nigella. He says she looks like someone who likes to eat (as opposed to Giada...).
As long as the brown bubbles don’t have any lumps in them..or maybe brown bubbles are not a good idea...

Chocolate mousse, yum!
Well, I found a huge problem with your recipe. I tried it, and I’m sorry but it only serves two. And that’s only because my husband is bigger and stronger than me :-)
Wow, just two? I get 6 out of it. But was it good?
Well, that was sort of a joke :-) Two VERY large servings for two chocolate lovers, which should answer your question, LOL!
OK, I admit, we didn’t really finish it all in one sitting but we gave it a good go!
It’s like my son-in-law, who has a two-quart mixing bowl that he calls his cereal (and ice-cream) bowl. Now mind you, all of us are slim, but we shouldn’t be!
