I thought I read this somewhere about a year or two ago. Any help on this?
Why not make it legal to do it on sidewalks, just look at what they send to Washington.
I’ve witnessed it.
Legal for humans. Illegal for pets!
Why not? San Francisco has pretty much been an open sewer for years.

It’s a protected sex act, no?

The city stopped steam cleaning the streets decades ago. I remember Willie Brown got all of those fancy French street potties...I guess it’s just another way that SF is pro-choice.
Please! I’m eating.
Making plans for the weekend?
As a society we have committed suicide if we tolerate this nonsense.
Psssssst...
If you don’t use any HTML tags at all in your post, the post editor automatically assumes the http:// addresses are links, and will put in all the code to make it happen. I did not put any code in this post, and for your links I get:

PSSssst. I did that and ended up with one, long link.
Because that would be relevant to this thread. Maybe pudding, too.
Hmm. Maybe you’re just too wild? I remember when John put all this stuff in....lo many eons ago...
;^)
It is legal to dump on hte SF sidewalk, but only in winter.
Why
The correct answer is: During the warm part of summer, too many SF denizens were stepping in the piles, looking down and freaking out while screaming, “HELP! HELP! I’m melting.”
SF psyche wards were getting too crowded.
Perhaps if you could write in coherent sentences, someone might assist you.
No Shiite!
I have seen people do that on the streets in the city.
Weirdo’s
Here I sit, buns a flexin’,givin’ birth to a San Franciscan.
