Wonderful, touching story, Jaycee.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
Young girls seem to really relate to horses. It is heartwarming to know that she now has horses of her own.

I will check the link later.
Have a wonderful Caturday!

What a sweet story, JC!
Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

What a sweet uplifting story! I love facebook for that very reason, people finding people out of their past. :-)
I am puttering around the house decorating and getting ready for Thanksgiving next week. I should be outside taking care of a few eyesores in the front yard (the hedge needs trimming badly), but it feels so raw and cold. I think I will light a fire and stay inside and putter. ;-)

Well my program does the work. I made 5 yesterday but today I've only made one. I did play with another for awhile to show Junior what the new PaintShop Pro has in it.
I ordered what I thought was a new version .... it is the same as the one I have. He gave me heck for not calling them about returning it. He doesn't understand that I have been busy. LOL
This is the one I made yesterday.
This is the one I made for him earlier today.

Johnn - I wasn't familiar with the term 'platonic solids',
so, I did a little checking.
I really enjoy "Mr. G",
as he is right there, with of all kinds of information!
Here's what I found:
Platonic solids are gemstones or crystals that are hand cut
and faceted into specific forms of energetic biogeometry.
Each shape signifies a different earth element,
and meditational meaning.
These shapes are based on the fundamentals of our creation,
and the universal law of attraction.
There are five stones in each set.
Tetrahedron-fire, manifestation, solar plexus chakra.
Cube-earth, grounding, root chakra.
Octahedron- air, integration, heart chakra.
Dodecahedron- spirit/essence, Ascension, crown & third eye chakras.
Icosahedron-water, transcendence, sacral chakra.
Platonic solids encourage enhanced meditation, chakra cleansing,
emotional stability, mental clarity, and energetic awareness.

Thank you, Billie.
I took some of your suggestions and played with that graphic. I still have not been able to perfect the drop shadow. I need to keep reading and playing.
I've been trying to be a little more adventurous. LOL

Right on, Jaycee.
We need to toss all of them and make Congressman a part-time job. Send them home and make them get a real job. I’m tired of paying for them to use blackmail (with taxpayer money) to get enough votes to pass their socialist agenda.

Thanks so much, Lori. I feel like you do. Facebook gives us some surprises sometimes. I may not have ever seen her again if not for Facebook! It has been many years. We will get together again and this time I will buy her lunch....LOL!
Its a pretty day here, but brisk! Don’t work too hard. We all have much to do at Thanksgiving and Christmas! And afterwards, its sort of a let down feeling, but it passes quickly as we start looking for SPRING! I love Spring!

They’re all a bunch of crooks. The biggest percentage of the American people do not want the Health Care they offer, but they are going to cram it down our throats.
Senator Corker answered the letter I wrote him. Very nice letter. I like him a lot! He doesn’t agree with this bill either. But they can pass it without the Republicans. By the way, Senator Corker is on the floor right now, live.

Aw, thanks, JC! When I saw that picture, it fit right into your story in my mind. (Sometimes, when I read a story - I can ‘picture’ it happening - and that is where Mr. “G” comes in handy! It helps to complete my mental vision.)

Happy Caturday/Dog-ur-day, Jaycee.
Great comeback. :)
Have a lovely day.

I just couldn’t hold my smart mouth this morning. This is such a sweet thread and when a stranger comes on with his wise remarks, it really makes me mad. “My Mama taught me if you don’t have something nice to say, to just keep your mouth shut.” LOL! He started it and I finished it. Made me feel good all over! I don’t think Mama would have minded!
That darling graphic even describes the little incident, doesn’t it? Love that graphic!
