Yup to everything you listed. Also egg noodles. And I have scads of those packs of gravy mixes/sauces. Oatmeal. Knorr makes some very excellent dried soup/dip mixes. Some places you can get the #10 cans of powdered eggs, these suckers have a shelf life of like 10-15 years if they remain unopened.

Great list. You had several of the things I was going to mention. I didn’t think of yeast, but then we normally buy it in one pound vacuum packed packages, which I recommend.
You did miss one. Potassium nitrate. I mean to make corned beef, honest.

I looked into that. I think MRE’s have their merits, but they are expensive. I can make calorie-dense meals cheaper than MRE’s if I stock up on bulk items. I might get a few days’ worth for drastic emergencies though.

Yes, I only keep one case of MREs for the *immediate* or on-the-move need. That is, if I need to bug out from my current location.
I’ve been using this site to pick up a lot of stuff. The prices aren’t half bad:

Is this in a static situation (stay at home) or dynamic? If dynamic are we assuming travel with car or on foot or what?

Female sanitary items. Double as a first aid item. Very handy to plug bullet hole type wounds.

I really don’t know what to plan for. I know this sounds crazy to some people, but I just can’t help but fear the worst from the current political climate.

It also is a preservative, can fuel or help start a fire, can be a weapon
That's alcohol abuse. Don't waste a fine beverage like that on preserving food or starting fires. That's what vinegar and lighter fluid are for.
