SPRINGFIELD, Va. A Virginia man said he is fighting the indecent exposure charge brought against him after he was spotted making coffee naked in his kitchen.
Eric Williamson, 29, of Springfield, said he was home alone Monday when he walked into the kitchen naked to make coffee at about 5:30 a.m., WTTG-TV, Washington, D.C., reported Tuesday.
"Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," Williamson said.
Police said an unidentified woman who was walking with a 7-year-old boy spotted Williamson through a window and reported the scene to police. A Fairfax County Police spokesman said Williamson was arrested because investigators believe he wanted to be seen by the public.
However, Williamson, father of a 5-year-old girl, said that was not the case.
"I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid," he said.
Williamson said he is meeting with a lawyer to discuss ways to fight the charge, which could result in one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,000.
“in his kitchen”
There is no case.

Please. God God’s sake. Hold the cream.
Hope he didn’t spill any!
How should coffee be clothed?
I’ll bet he would have dressed differently if he was cooking bacon!
This is my stir stick.
A clear case of fursecution.
It’s probably too obvious to teach children not to peep into people’s windows.
Cop found there was no grounds for arrest ....
O no you din’t!
Was it dark outside, and he had the light on, or was it dark inside? If the former, he's an exhibitionist. If the latter, the woman and her daughter had no business looking in his window.
I think I would have sued the woman for window peeping.
But I digress......
I love your posts and the pictures that accompany them.
:-)
Was the coffee underage?
I doubt the evidence will stand up in court.
WTF?
Any adult who walks around at 5:30 with a 7 year old boy peering into windows should be charged with a Peepong Tom violation.
