Thanks, I went to walk to dog and just got back. I thought that there was good news yesterday from what I read on the thread concerning the case. I’m not familiar all the legal terms but I thought that a few people indicated that the judge had agreed to hear the case. Anyway thanks.
Thank you for your informative post. :)
Thanks. I understand from this news it is probably more than likely another dead end on possibly getting a ruling from a judge that the people should be allowed to see the B.C.
You might find mention of your names interesting, or not.
Hence my name. How very clever of you to note that.
Have a nice day.
Awright! Now I feel as though I’m getting a clearer picture. So you’re saying that the “motion to dismiss” is NOT to dismiss the case in its entirety...is that correct?
Actually, if the court grants the Government’s ‘motion to dismiss’ it’s over in this court and Taitz will have to appeal it to the 9th Circus. However, the judge has not made a decision on the ‘motion to dismiss’ yet - by granting it or dismissing it.
Yep. Birthers seem to not like me even though I provide tons of vital insight into the problem. Kinda hurts a guys feelings.
parsy, the pouting
I'm cutting her all the slack I can ,, she's plugging away and muddling through but it's more than anyone else I know is ... I'm willing to bet that a great many of the self professed lawyers that post here have probably never spent any appreciable time in a courtroom ...
And when I say I suspect he will grant the motion to dismiss, remember that is only my opinion. I say it simply because I don't see a truly actionable case in her filing. But whatever happens, dismissal or not, I think it's fair to say Judge Carter will have decided the case on its merits.
It is too bad that Orly is such a Ditz. She is hers and our worst enemy. You would think that Keyes could have found someone more competent to do this.
Yeah, especially when they have just joined to do so.
They are an embarrassment and transparent.
Conservatives don’t need to advertise they are conservative.
ok ok ok ok ok ok..ok ok ok
I really do hope something good comes of all of this.
He does amuse me - like a clown.
It's funny how every time you Birthers suffer a smackdown (which has been every single time) you call the people arguing with you "clueless" despite the fact that they have been correct. Every. Single. Time.
Has it dawned on you that every person who has thought these cases would fail has so far been been absolutely right 100% of the time? And when Judge Carter rules on the MTD (oh yeah, it's coming) the "afterbirthers" will maintain their winning streak.
So keep up all that talk about how "clueless" everyone else is while you keep throwing good money on loser after loser after loser. You're not the only one who is amused.
Why do you think dismissal is likely?
I dont always “get” all of the legalese, either.
I have been watching Orly (her website, artcles, etc). She is not from this country, which might be why she makes mistakes. I do think her heart is in the right place, and in a sense, she is fighting for all of us. She is trying to do something, that we dont have the power to do.
I think this is a good thing. She is trying and she isnt giving up.
Nobody wants that man in the whitehouse, any longer than necessary. Yet, without people like her, who just might be able to decrease his stay, we get him for at least another 3+ years.
This way..may be the only way where we all may suffer less.
Shes keeping at it and keeping it in the news, whether she is doing a good job, or not.
Maybe your worst enemy.
I reserve that title to Obama and his cronies
