Now it’s back to waiting for the judge’s ruling on the motion to dismiss.
PING
So this is Judge Carter getting Orly straightened out as to who is in charge and who is setting the agenda.. ie. she had no reason (yet) to file that motion.. right?
One minute and 12 seconds.
This has to be a new record for you.
If the judge has stayed discovery, hasn’t he pretty well telegraphed his decision on the Defendant’s dispositive motion?
He has no clue about basic legal questions and he and Mlo may be the same people. I asked him a simple legal question a few days ago and he was clueless.
He does amuse me - like a clown.
Do forget parsy.
It was not an unreasonable request, imo.
You don’t want to be in a situation where you have a tentative trial date and fall asleep at the switch when there is outstanding discovery that needs to be done.
Yes. Orly doesn’t even understand how Court minutes work and embarrassed herself.
I wonder how many times she had even been in a court room before this?
I hope you’re right ... I’m sure looking forward to seeing this decided on the merits.
Well, no one can accuse Orly of being sleepy or lazy.
I’m an artist...Can one of you on this thread explain this to me briefly in regular people terms what all this means. I would appreciate it.
Thanks for the ping Lucy...small battle loss on a big war.
Like Obama, Orly never embarasses herself. ;)
Nothing has changed on this case. We are still waiting for Judge Carter’s decision on Obama’s motion to dismiss the case. Orly is playing some high drama.
Ping Pong. That’s about it.
Please, in layman’s terms: is this a good thing or a bad thing, and why?
