Their time has come…Muslims in DC by Bill Randles
Today September 25, 2009 tens of thousands of Muslims are expected to gather in Washington DC for prayers on Capitol Hill and on the national Mall. Billed as “Islam on Capitol Hill” by it’s organizers, the event will feature an official banquet, tours of the Library of Congress and the Supreme Court and Muslim prayers which organizers hope will be heard “echoing off of the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and other great edifices that surround Capitol Hill.”
The stated goal of this gathering, according to the islamoncapitolhill.com website is “to invite the Muslim communities and friends of Islam to express and illustrate the wonderful diversity of Islam”. The motto on the website boldly proclaims that for Muslims, “Our Time Has Come”.
One can see why the American Muslims would be optimistic. Islam has actually made gains in the west since 9-11, partly through demographics ; unchecked immigration, and high birth rates. Islam has also become the religion of choice for those in the west who want to express disdain for western civilization and values. Islam is exploding in our prison system.
Symbolism seems to be indicating that Muslims in America think their time has come. On the above mentioned website, there is a graphic featuring the Constitution alongside an open page of the Koran. Two hands are shaking, a grotesque red white and mostly blue hand, shaking a hand covered with Arabic script. As pointed out on the website creeping sharia ,http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2009/09/19/islamists-on-capitol-hill-has-their-time-come/ in the Graphic the Koran seems larger than the Constitution and seems to be edging it out! Symbolism means a lot to these people.
One couldn’t find two more incongruous documents, nor could one find anything as antithetical as on the one hand the Islamic call to prayer and the Lincoln monument they hope to echo off of! Lincoln, and the constitution he swore to defend, has been a beacon of liberty , based upon a Judeo Christian ethic, for millions all over the world. The Koran , has brought millions of people into utter slavery and bondage for centuries. Perhaps it is true that their time has arrived.
The fact that their “…Time Has Come” is true in more than one sense. It so happens that Islam has been the beneficiary of a lot of social factors in the USA and the west in general.
The USA , since 1965 , Immigration policy has seen an about face , going from a strict policy of admitting easily assimilable ,basically Europians (Christian culture) and that in limited annual numbers, to a politically correct multicultural bias towards third world, (including Muslim) immigration, in ever increasing numbers.Thank you Ted Kennedy!
Furthermore Islam has been able to exploit the wreckage of the tremendously destructive social revolutions that have wracked the US and the west since the carnage of World War 2. The disillusionment, resulted in an abandonment of faith in God, which in turn resulted in lack of civilizational confidence, (HEY,HEY, Ho, Ho, Western Civ has got to go! -Jesse Jackson) . we have suffered a moral collapse,(the sexual revolution) and are paying the bitter price in the multitudes of broken families,gender and role confusion and the social ills that accompany them.
Their time has come in the sense that they are arriving into a seemingly moral vacuum. Islam looks like virtue(from a distance), it looks like order, community, authority,’righteousness and justice’. Like an opportunistic disease, Islam has been able to thrive on the decline of Western culture. You cannot resist Islam with secularism, because one cannot resist faith with non-faith! Even a false faith is a faith!
Because our culture has embraced secularism, it loves death. Abortion, birth control, homosexual marriage, euthanasia, all are the bitter fruits of our embrace of the so called liberation of western society from the God and mores of Christianity. Islam has many maladies, but they don’t want to kill their own children in the womb.
But there is a more ominous sign that their time has come, and that is testified by the prophets of the Bible. The Hebrew prophets predicted that immediately before the Day of the Lord, Israel would come back into existence as a national entity. But not without stiff resistance from both it’s near neighbors, and that this conflict would eventually engulf the whole world!
For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. And these [are] the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that day [is] great, so that none [is] like it: it [is] even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, [that] I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.(Jeremiah 30:1-5)
The Near neighbors of Israel have one thing in common, besides hating the very existence of Israel, they are all Muslim. God is using the Muslims as a scourge on the decadent west and on unbelieving but returned to the land Israel, but their time is literally coming alright, it is coming to a fiery end!
Hear what the prophet Ezekiel predicted to Edom, the immediate (Arab Muslim) nation now known as Jordan, and including the Arabs of southern Lebanon, and Syria, and see if this isn’t a direct address to the Muslim world,
Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it, And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O mount Seir, I [am] against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate. I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I [am] the LORD. Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast shed [the blood of] the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time [that their] iniquity [had] an end: Therefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee.(Ezekiel 35:1-5)
Mt Seir is where the Biblical Esau settled and where His descendant established a kingdom . Jacob, who felt that Jacob had stolen his birthright and supplanted his place . Because of Esau’s implacable “everlasting hatred”of the Jews, and his readiness to shed their blood, God is going to cause blood to pursue Esau.
Jesus is coming back to make war on the nations and according to the Hebrew prophets, the specifically stated nations He comes back to war against are all Muslim! Truly their time has come, but not in the sense they imagine.
Like the biblical Haman, the Muslims believe that finally their time of honor and recognition have come, and they are constructing a gallows for the Jews, but they are going to hang on it .Check out in the bible the soon coming fate of Egypt(Isaiah 11:15,Isaiah 19:10, Lebanon,(Isaiah 10:34, Joel 3:4), the fate of cities like Damascus,(Isaiah 17), Iran(Persia) and Sudan, see Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38 , Isaiah 33, Jeremiah 49, Ezekiel 25:12-14! Massive destruction is coming to the Muslim world.
Yet, Jesus loves the Muslims, and is appearing to many, in visions and dreams to save their souls, but Jesus hates ISLAM, it is a satanic system of bondage that hs enslaved millions. No wonder it has to be enforced, if there was assurance that you could leave Islam without being killed, Millions upon millions would leave it overnight! Pray for the precious Muslim people, and for the collapse of Islam! Jesus is coming back quicly, yet “whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”! (Romans 10:8-13)
If it makes you feel any better, it is raining on and off here. They’re all carrying umbrellas. Interesting they are brining in busloads of them from out of the area. Wonder who’s paying for that.

Well, I have no intention of just throwing up my hands and letting them take over because one day Jesus is going to return. I’ll leave that day up to His choosing, but in the meantime prayer for the US from Christians will do more than all the Muslims in the world yodeling to Satan.
On Capitol Hill? But, but...what about the Separation of Church and State? Isn’t that one of the A-number-one Lib rants?
How would they feel, and would it be allowed, to have a Judeo/Christion gathering, in the same manner. Note that the muslims did not invite people of other religions to participate. They segregate themselves.

The Islamic community hopes to have 50,000 Muslims surrounding the U.S. Capitol for Jummah prayer this Friday, September 25.
While all people are of course free in America to pray according to the dictates of their own conscience, a look at the leaders of this prayer event raises serious questions about whether this event is good for America.
The main organizer of the event, Hassen Ibn Abdellah, was, according to the New York Times, the “most aggressively combative of the lawyers” representing the terrorists who staged the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
His client was convicted of manufacturing and transporting the bomb and is now in the “Supermax” prison at Florence, Colorado.
In 2004, he tried to get Numan Maflahi off the hook. Maflahi is a New Jersey Muslim who was sentenced to five years in prison for his part in terrorism financing schemes centered in Brooklyn.
In 2007, Abdellah came to the defense of Mahmud Faruq Brent, a Baltimore cabdriver who pled guilty to attending a jihad terrorist training camp in Pakistan, and who, under Abdellah’s instructions, refused to cooperate with authorities or testify against other defendants.
The imam who will lead the recitation of the Koran, Sheikh Ahmed Dewidar, is a Manhattan cleric who once said that “through the domination of Islam and its ideas, the White House will change,” and spoke approvingly of another cleric who said that one day “the White House will become...the Muslim House.”
He has also claimed that Zionists “control the government, the politics, the economy, and the media in the U.S.”
In other words, this Islamic prayer event is being led by men who harbor both anti-Semitic and fundamentally anti-America views.
President Barack Obama has barely acknowledged the Christian heritage of the United States, refusing to participate in the National Day of Prayer and issuing only a perfunctory proclamation which he was required to do by law. Yet he has hosted a dinner celebrating what he called “the Holy Month of Ramadan” in the White House, and recently issued a proclamation at the end of Ramadan which concluded with an Arabic blessing.
