Since Judge Clay Land, rejected the Kenyan BC, the question remains, how could he reject an "actual" long form Hawaiian BC (Nordyke's) if it was entered as Orly's FIRST exhibit ? He couldn't ! "Your honor, evidence is the key to settling ANY case. I hereby request that we obtain a simple document like this (Nordyke) to arrive at a supportable conclusion in this case." Maybe that sounds overly simplistic, but supplying these overseas docs hasn't worked, and since NO ONE has stepped forward to validate the authenticity of Lucas Smith's BC, why not supply a BC that is REAL, undisputed and just happens to be dated August 5th, 1961 !

I like it - simple is good when it can't be refuted or dismissed as irrelevent. It wouldn't prove anything directly, but it would present an argument for the acceptance of a known standard, which would be what is known in technical legal terms as a Big Frickin' Deal.

Unfortunately, Orly seems to be following her own muses...

This is yet another question in the minds of those of us who know O. is ineligible but, unfortunately, explanation for the number order is easy. The numbers are issued in batches and were probably received together by the issuing agency. If sent in on the same day, they may not have been sorted by date. I hate the fact that we may be shooting ourselves in the foot over the BC. It(the BC) is not the issue.

Has this so-called short form ever been submitted to a court? If it has been, I am not aware of it.

The relevant question is whether Hawaii still issues long form certificates like the Nordyke’s? Were the Nordyke documents generated years ago, or requested recently from Hawaii? If the state no longer has the long form available, then the point is moot.

No, and the State of HI has NEVER even confirmed that they ever released the COLB to Obama ! I wrote Janice Okubo (from the HI Health Dept) a few questions and she answered “some” of them, but the ones she didn’t want to answer (this being one of them) she referred me to consult with my atorney...as if my attorney would know the answer ! The cover-up is plain RIDICULOUS ! I was implying that Orly could print a copy of the COLB along with a copy of Nordyke’s BC and present them as exihibits. They can disregard the Kenyan BC, but they can’t disregard Nordyke’s !

The Nordyke docs are clearly from Microfilm as they are
printed in a negative format, so I assume Ms. Nordyke recently obtained them....why doesn’t someone just INTERVIEW her or better yet, subpoena her to a hearing or a deposition to get the answers ?? If she obtained them recently (which is my guess), a strong case can be made, assuming we had a judge with a brain

I agree...BO could’ve been born IN THE WHITE HOUSE on July 4th with the Kennedy family singing America The Beautiful amidst U.S. flags and banners, fife and drums corps, etc. and he would STILL not be eligible due to dual citizenship, which I agree with ENTIRELY.

Problem is the judicial system will find ANY reason to dismiss these cases as they are concerned with the national panic that could ensue if the false messiah is dethroned.

Nordyke Birth Certs

The photos and interview with the Nordyke mom is not a matter in dispute. She proudly displayed her twin daughters' birth certs and even posted a "close-up" of a long from Hawaiian birth cert from Aug 5, 1961. It doesn't get any better than that ! And obviously, these priceless docs do not need to be obtained through court approved discovery.

Do you expect the American Public to believe that if Obama decided to fully release his original vital records and he called up the HI vital records department and requested certified photocopies of his original 1961 birth documents (hospital BC, report of home birth, BC modified in adoption, whatever) that HI would then tell Obama “Sorry Mr. President, but we can only give you a certification on a summary short form printout from our database.”

How credible is that?

How long would it take the White House lawyers to extract a certified copy of the records from HI if Obama actually decided to provide the transparency he promised?

“But HI only gives out a short form now.” If the president asks for one???

It occurred to me last night, that Obamas sister was born in Indonesia, yet has a hawaiian birth certificate. Yet, is she a US Citizen? No, why is that?
It makes sense that this is a pattern. Obama was not born in the US, I believe in Kenya, and has a Hawaiian birth certificate as well. Yet he is claiming to be a US Citizen.

They did this on purpose. Hawaii took COLB’s for many reasons in 1961 thru 1972, when they changed the law.
Many people who were not born in the US took advantage of this for US Citizenship, and it has only been brought to light with the Presidents birth records.

By showing his birth certificate, he opens investigations, not only into his background, but his sisters, and many others who may not be Natural Born Citizens that became so thru this loophole. Who know who may be involved, and who might be in jobs they are not qualified to have.

Just another piece of the puzzle.

Also, Obama himself has never, personally, said that that fake COLB posted on-line is genuine. He has said “I was born in Hawaii,” and that’s the extent of it, unless he wrote that letter to the Hawaiian hospital that they used for fundraising, which was subsequently withdrawn.

This is just plain wierd. It is obvious, and admitted that Connie Rhoades did not type this letter or sign it. It is admitted that it was done by another person, and faxed by another person, on the SAME day she was still in the United States. In fact, she could have called Orly Taitz from the base, which she did not do, she could have typed the letter from the base, signed it, and faxed it from the base, which she did not do, and did so based on a phone call, to the clerks office, which may or may not have happened, and was ACCEPTED in a US Courthouse, on what could only have been called heresay, as there is no confirmation that it is the expressed wishes of Connie Rhoades. So cannot be acted on UNTIL it is confirmed that it is indeed her wishes. You cannot just capriciously charge ahead until that time.

Secondly there is nothing in that letter that says it is being typed on behalf of Connie Rhodes, it implies forgery with a cut-n-paste signature as well. This is not a valid document, and will be cut to shreds in court should it attempt to masquerade as an actual document.

The person perpetrating the fraud, did so without the Judges permission, and the court clerk overstepped his/her authority to authorize forgery, and should be in trouble, IMO.
