The relevant question is whether Hawaii still issues long form certificates like the Nordyke’s? Were the Nordyke documents generated years ago, or requested recently from Hawaii? If the state no longer has the long form available, then the point is moot.
The Nordyke docs are clearly from Microfilm as they are
printed in a negative format, so I assume Ms. Nordyke recently obtained them....why doesn’t someone just INTERVIEW her or better yet, subpoena her to a hearing or a deposition to get the answers ?? If she obtained them recently (which is my guess), a strong case can be made, assuming we had a judge with a brain
Do you expect the American Public to believe that if Obama decided to fully release his original vital records and he called up the HI vital records department and requested certified photocopies of his original 1961 birth documents (hospital BC, report of home birth, BC modified in adoption, whatever) that HI would then tell Obama “Sorry Mr. President, but we can only give you a certification on a summary short form printout from our database.”
How credible is that?
How long would it take the White House lawyers to extract a certified copy of the records from HI if Obama actually decided to provide the transparency he promised?
“But HI only gives out a short form now.” If the president asks for one???

The real BC has to be available, by federal law.
They just print them out on a standard size sheet with artwork now. The data abstract portion is still the same.
Having spoken directly with the Hawaiian department of Vital Records, I can assure you that they still have the long form documents like the Nordyke twins on file and will make a photostat copy if ordered from an appropriate source, like a court.
Jon Klein, head of CNN, tried to float the lie that these long forms were destroyed when HI went to electronic filing. But we still don't know if a long form was ever in existence in Hawaii for Barry the bastard liar. He may have only a short form on file, or several, since he was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro and made an Indonesain citizen when still a child.
