Does Michelle have an odd form of vitiligo or something? Her face and chest are daytime, her arms are twilight and her legs and feet are midnight.
I usually only see that with the fake-bake overly tanned women near the beach.
It could be makeup applied by her makeup artist, one of her 26+ attendants.
Lordy they look like they are with some lilliputians, they tower over those people! and those dang blue shoes, she must love them, bc she wears them whether they match her outfit or not!! LOL!
OK, she looks good in this dress. Pattern is a bit “big” for her frame though. But good enough to forgive her the robin’s egg blue shoes with a red, black, and white dress.
