The 40-year-old "comedian" Jack Black went on the "dark side" during the MTV Awards praying to the devil. Black, who was promoting a heavy metal video game called Brütal Legend, asked the "Dear Dark Lord Satan" to bless the rock star nominees with "continued success in the music industry." "I was mortified when Jack Black lead everyone in a prayer to satan. It was no joke," said Samantha Taylor of California. "The audience held hands and did it. I was a fan, but not anymore."
Black made his grand entrace wearing extra muscles and a battle axe.
"During the Awards, I seriously felt as if I were watching a big party celebration that was taking place in satan's den," said the viewer. "It sickened me. I'll never watch anything on MTV channel again. First and last time," said Taylor.

Well, that's queer...
He’s also the one in the gay jesus video on youtube.
look up sick bastard .. his pic is there.
He and these shows intend to shock for humor's sake. If we are beyond being shocked any more, is it humorous? (rhetorically)
As I always say, “Do you think Satan would be this obvious?”
I stopped watching his stuff after he mocked Jesus during the “Prop 8” situation in California. Jack, eternity is a long time to be worshiping in hell...
Ask Viacommie what they have to say about this?
They are the ones behind the “wardrobe malfunction” watercooler moment at the Superbowl.
They are the ones behind the forged National Guard memo October Surprise during the 2004 scampaign.
Whatever happened to “standards and practices”?
Insulting my religion is bigotry. It is protected speech but it is still bigotry and either tolerance is due all or the matter of apologies should never be raised on their networks again.
It doesn’t sound particularly funny but I do believe it was a joke.
And yet a tongue firmly in cheek prayer to Satan? It is a joke.
I hold that this prayer is in the tradition of Robert Johnson, and probably just as authentic. (Robert Johnson reportedly sold his soul to the devil at the crossroads at midnight in order to sing the blues that would serve as a foundation for Rock n Roll).
I think the only thin he did that I remotely enjoyed was “Kung-Fu Panda.”
I’ll stay away from him in the future.
Saying the words is a profession of “faith”. Try telling God “I didn’t REALLY mean it.”
Similarly, at Thanksgiving with family this year, announce “I wanna F*** momma!”
And then say “it was JUST a joke!”.
They will still never forgive you.
Jack: I like your work and I’m sure this was meant as a gag, but dammit, don’t mess with this stuff.
Never pray to Satan even as a joke. Never get anyone else to do the same, especially dumbass teenagers.
Praying for you now Jack. May Christ be with you, and may you know His mercy.
Doesn’t every joke contain a kernel of truth?
If idiots open the door to it, why not?
Personally, I find this creepy.
I have a somewhat twisted sense of humor, but praying to the devil just isn't funny to me in any way, shape or form.
It’s still mocking Christians. Maybe they can get some lions on stage next year.
Viacommie does not care. "we are a cable network" they would say.
There is no room for interance today. This we've been indoctrinated as "truth".
Unless it is religion and that is fair game.
For some fun, take an intollerant statement coming from a progessive's mouth and replace the offending words with ones like queer, nigger, or what ever should equally be offensive.
1) see how long before there is a protest against you and
2) see how long this post lasts because I dared to use such inflamitory words.
Looks like Jack's all 'droided up.
He'll be dead soon.
