Especially when you realize how easily it could be settled, and it hasn't.
It just really busts them where normal people would have testicles but they don't, but never mind ~ and it hurts their little brains a lot.
I'm actually not on one side or the other, but I enjoy some of the evidentiary analysis ~ a regular laugh riot. The few Leftwingtards I've had to deal with on that particular issue seem particularly distressed that someone could actually challenge what they believe to be incontrovertible evidence.
It's like they've never watched CSI!
They're really going to get "bothered" if/when it goes to trial in Jan 2010. Should be fun to watch.
What happens if, right before the 2012 election, it turns out that something embarrassing but not illegal, such as his mother and father not having been married at all, turns out to be the reason that 0 won’t let anyone see his b.c. He will win from the sympathy vote. This issue is a loser for conservatives IMHO.
The guy Jeffrey shows how little he knows by asserting that the Constitution only considers two types of citizens: natural born citizens and naturalized citizens. I wonder which of these two classes he thinks "a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" falls into.

That's where I fall, as well. I don't pretend to know the answer, but I find the pursuit to be immensely entertaining. It's better than any movie, book, or TV show that I've ever seen or read.
When this issue started gathering steam just before the election, I knew it wasn't going to go away. So, I bought lots of popcorn. But at the outset, I could have never predicted or even imagined all the twists and turns that have occurred.
However, I've been wondering what might happen if Orly's efforts actually establish that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, or at least make most people question it. I posted this last night. It's just speculation about what might happen, and I don't pretend that it will.
But, if it does, it would make Watergate look like a petty burglary.
look this rumor was started by a Hillary Clinton supporter and the nutbag from Philly whose son died in Iraq and he was Anti-Bush..he was spewing out conspiracies against Bush too..I am as much anti Obama as you get..but this thing is stupid in my opinion.
Terry Jeffrey of CNSnews is just another tool. He is factually wrong on the things he is spouting off in the interview.
He states that Obama has released his birth certificate. Terry does not have a clue as to what a Hawaii birth certificate looks like. He really should at least inform himself of what a Certificate of Live Birth is!!
Linda Lingle never verified Barack Obama was a natural born citizen and certainly never released his actual birth certificate stating what hospital he was born in nor his parents of birth.
He also states that if ONE parent is an American citizen you are automatically a “Natural Born Citizen.”
As ‘justlurking’ accurately wrote, it could be easily settled.

We've already established that to everyone's satisfaction (except he guys who say both your parents gotta' be US citizens to be a "natural born citizen" ~ but I think if his father were actually UNKNOWN, they'd fall in line too ~ kind of a Hamilton sort of thing).

I have met Terry once and his lovely family and I thought that his editorship of CNS might make it competitive but it hasn’t and he has been a dissappointment. In this interviewed he is incredibly arrogant dismisseive, poorly informed, inaccurate and just plain wrong. What a dissappointment. Dr. Taitz I must say handled it extremely well in turning his own statement on him with a laugh. Touche, Orly.
Most people would think he was foolish to spend so much time and money running from a family issue he had no control over...your (and your friends) mileage may vary.

Then, there are people who just don't honestly know if they've been married ~ so they use divorce to settle the question ~ and become NONMARRIED, and no longer accountable for their former bedmate's bad debts.
We've settled that long ago ~ divorce is no guarantee of a marriage having happened. In Hawaii, possession of a birth certificate or certificate of live birth is not really much of a certification that you were actually born in Hawaii.
