But, all-in-all, it is still just a court date on a calendar. Don’t blame FOX.
Even in the “early discovery”, the Obama team can offer the (FactCheck.org) COLB as satisfaction. Until the judge makes the call on subpeonas, the Taitz team will have to be content.
I am pretty sure that this whole “Birther Movement” is being orchestrated by Rahm Emmanuel. I can’t prove it, but it is just a strong hunch.

I’m not blaming FOX. I am just pointing out that the preliminary stages of discovery have already begun. They don’t have to wait until he Oct hearing to start on discovery.
If this is true, don't you think that pressure on the cable Fox Channel and the reporters such as O'Reilly, Hannity, Greta, etc. will become more prevalent? I just can't get the thought out of my mind how this man can own so many shares of our news outlets and not be somewhere in the background shaping it for the future.
MANY capable attorneys have gone down this path and been shot down by courts that are afraid to touch the issue. Maybe Orly Taitz IS a flake (and I don't know if she is or not!) but, as capable attorneys go, you have to include her in the class. She has been able to get a judge to agree to hear the case. All of the other "more capable" attorneys have not.
That says volumes about her, IMO.
To date, no verifiable evidence of his birth has been displayed for the public to view. That's a big problem in a modern democracy ruled by law, were such info would be innocuous if Hussein was qualified.
Paula Jone was another insane conspiracy theory until the day Clinton was impeached. No journalist would go near that case ... until Ken Star was forced to hand out subpoenas.
The same will happen here when discovery is ordered, and I believe it will be ordered. There is a legitimate argument being entertained. Hussein is about to find that he is not god or king of the USA. Race card(s) coming soon, fast and furious.

I was responding to the general concept of the thread, not you specifically. That and I was not concise.
I should have written, “We should not fault FOX.”
Me being in Chicago and having watched The Machine in action, I can’t buy into that one.
One thing these guys ^don’t^ do is string their targets along. They crush them at the earliest opportunity.
Since the COLB mock-up didn’t do the trick, my guess is they are now in “marginalizing” mode thinking the birthers will defeat themselves.
Cananda Free Press had an article out about the MSM being threatened if they mentioned the bc...said they had the testmony of one promenent newsman.
As with the rest of the MSM, self serving behavior, they need to have a reason to cue up, being they are also a member of “Friends of Government” club; a bit afraid this whole thing is a rope-a-dope. You mean to tell me a nation that can produce or manufacture evidence on the one hand such as “Rathergate,” “October Surprises,” Michael Moore, Al Gore and Oliver Stone has no ability to create a birth certificate, unless they are afraid that there is contradictory evidence.
No FOX, no Drudge, either. It’s a federal court case with involvement by the DOJ!!
