SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- Police in Shippensburg, Cumberland County are warning residents and college students about a prowler who is targeting young women as they sleep.
The man enters homes of young women through unlocked doors or windows and watches them while they sleep, police said.
He is described as white between 30 and 50 years old with a medium build.

Police have arrested Carlton Davis, 26, of St. Paul, Minn., on felony charges that he snatched a cell phone and purse from a woman he mugged early Saturday. The police report says the woman handed over her stuff, only to be told by her mugger, "Now I'm going to suck your feet." The woman took off her shoes and the mugger kept his promise. He ran away when somebody came by and cops nabbed him a few blocks away. LINK TO STORY
