I cant find any news at all?
Does anybody know how things are progressing?
Nothing from Orly Taitz’s site yet.
i am dying to find out. well i guess they didnt throw her out at 8 am this morning so that has to be somewhat good news. please anyone find out anything post as soon as possible
I was just on a blog and they said the case was delayed. The judge only allowed 30 min to hear it and he had scheduled 14 other cases for that day,all I know for now.
I’m watching theobamafile.com...he hasn’t heard anything yet. And just googled, nothing.
It’s going to be the same as all others. Dismissed due to lack of standing.
I thought that Taitz said Fox News would be in the courtroom. Check with them.
Well if voters dont have standing to contest eligibility, the government doesn’t have standing to make us pay taxes. No taxation without (real & honest) representation.
delayed until when?
Good point.
Maybe just clearing docket for the IMPORTANT case??

People keep repeating this, but people forget we had an election and this election was certified by the people we elected, in accordance with the law and constitution. I did like the outcome of the election either, but I do not want the courts involved in the elections over issues in which there are already legal remedies to resolves this.
The court said in Jones V Bush that only candidates would have standing, and it is a good reason. I don’t want the courts overturning elections.
You’ll here something about it in the evening as it usually goes.
I did not like....” not “I did like”
pfft...
here = hear
Isnt Alan Keyes an Candidate?
If our representatives dont read the bills they vote on, do you really think they vetted Obama and read his eligibility documents?
There has to be legal recourse somewhere?
IF there was a fraud committed in the process, it needs to be exposed. We have a right to an honest election process. The only way to do that is to bring the documents out and have a public hearing, since no one lived up to their oaths to uphold the constitution.
I thought it was tomorrow.
